Community Overview

Emaar Beachfront

Dubai Lighthouse
The city’s newest architectural landmark is a stunning 135-metre tall observation tower with a very futuristic design. Dubai Lighthouse will offer 360-degree panoramas of the city and the ocean, and can also be used as a giant projection screen for shows and events.
Maritime Activities
Dubai Harbour will be a waterfront destination like no other in the city. Its biggest draw is the presence of two cruise terminals that can each hold 6,000 passengers at a time, with an expected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The area will also be home to the largest marina in the MENA region, capable of docking yachts up to 85 metres long.
