Senior Listings Administrator
This is a pivotal role within our business—not a standard administrative position. As Listings admin, you will be responsible for managing the quality and compliance of property listings across key portals. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent portal knowledge, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain listings across major platforms, including Property Finder and Bayut.- Ensure full compliance with SuperAgent and TruBroker requirements.
- Handle Trakheesi permit applications and ensure timely approvals.
- Work closely with brokers to ensure all listings are accurate, up to date, and optimised for performance.
- Monitor listing quality and implement improvements to enhance exposure and lead generation.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience working with UAE real estate portals (particularly Property Finder and Bayut).
- Strong understanding of Trakheesi procedures and compliance.
- Familiarity with SuperAgent and TruBroker programme standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, reliable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
