Jason has been working in sales and people-oriented roles since he was a teenager. He has worked in several fields including real estate and has dealt with a broad range of clientele.
Over time, Jason has come to understand what it takes to deliver an ideal customer experience. He understands when a slightly more assertive sales approach may work and when it’s better to take the client take the lead. As such, he is well-positioned to train real estate agents to perform at their best.
Jason is very personable and is great at building relationships. He has learned to hone and trust his own instincts and to trust the process in order to achieve success.
Jason’s hobbies include sports such as golf and rugby, as well as spending time with his wife and twin daughters.
