He enjoys spotting potential in people, often before they fully see it themselves, then helping them sharpen the parts that matter. Sometimes that means pushing someone to raise their standards. Sometimes it means sitting down after a tough call and breaking things apart properly so they can improve. He is not interested in quick wins if they come at the expense of long term growth. Outside of work, Simon enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and colleagues, and keeping up with his interest in cars and motorsport. It is the same part of his personality really, he enjoys pace, precision, and seeing how things perform when it counts.
