That is the part Simon understands best, and it is what has shaped him over fifteen years in the industry, twelve of them here in Dubai.

He now sits within the leadership team as Sales and Leasing Director at LuxuryProperty.com, but his knowledge was built on the ground. He worked through the pace of the secondary market in both sales and leasing, learning how to value a property properly, how to win trust with clients, and how to hold a negotiation together when expectations are high on both sides. Over time, that hands on experience grew into leadership, and with it came a wider focus, not just on transactions, but on people.

A big part of Simon’s role today is helping brokers build something lasting. He enjoys spotting potential in people, often before they fully see it themselves, then helping them sharpen the parts that matter. Sometimes that means pushing someone to raise their standards. Sometimes it means sitting down after a tough call and breaking things apart properly so they can improve. He is not interested in quick wins if they come at the expense of long term growth. He wants brokers around him to build confidence, consistency, and careers they can be proud of.

His style is calm, direct, and involved. He believes leadership should be visible. If a broker needs support on pricing, a difficult client, or a negotiation that is starting to drift, Simon is there. Not to take over, but to guide, steady the process, and help them find the right way through it. That creates the kind of environment where people can improve without feeling like they are doing it alone.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and colleagues, and keeping up with his interest in cars and motorsport. It is the same part of his personality really, he enjoys pace, precision, and seeing how things perform when it counts.
