The name Massimo Bottura is well-known amongst lovers of fine food. His three Michelin-starred restaurant Osteria Francescana has been named the Best Restaurant in the World several years running, and now he is about to become his own biggest competition with Torno Subito. This is his first restaurant outside of Italy and will have a more laidback atmosphere than Osteria, but we can expect the same level of technique, passion and detail that Chef Bottura has become famous for.

In addition to Massimo Bottura, acclaimed Korean chef Akira Back will also be opening a restaurant at The Palm Jumeirah. Known for his contemporary take on Asian cuisine, the Michelin-starred chef has restaurants across the US and East Asia.
