Jumeirah Golf Estates is a high-end villa community centred on two internationally acclaimed championship golf courses. When looking at the most in demand areas of the community, homes directly facing the golf courses are the most popular.

​That withstanding, as they are the most in demand, there is very little stock, especially since these property types move very quickly and transact within a close time frame of them coming to market. As such, property prices for the area have seen a sharp increase over the past year. What’s more, this lack of stock is unlikely to change anytime soon, as there are no new planned developments for the community which would put more stock into the market.
