You can actually open the doors and read a book in bed with the water views all around you. The bathroom is one of those spaces you might see on a magazine page. Double marble vanities. Everything looks fresh with a stand alone tub right by the window so you can just watch boats drift or catch the sunset from the bath.

The patio on the ground level opens straight onto the water. You just slide the doors and find yourself with a private spot for dinner or maybe just a glass of wine in the evening. There is your own yacht dock as well. Makes that marina lifestyle feel completely real. The community is exclusive but relaxed. Only a hundred seven waterfront homes plus perks like tennis private beach club security all day kids play areas. You see people waving at each other walking their dogs or neighbors chatting by the docks.
