Some homes just have a certain feel as soon as you walk in. This penthouse at 785 Crandon Blvd PH1 in Miami really does that. I still remember standing at the bottom of that grand circular staircase just kind of staring upward and thinking wow so this is what it means to have your own space right at the top. It is hard to put words to the quiet you get up here sometimes except maybe peaceful. You hear the waves from the beach if you open a door or sit out on the terrace long enough. It is a triplex so you get three real floors up with over five thousand eight hundred square feet under air plus another twenty six hundred or so outside. So all together you could easily spend the morning on your rooftop terrace with coffee and barely remember to go back inside. Honestly you get these ocean and bay views that just keep changing with the day. Light comes through from both sides so the penthouse always feels bright and open. Sometimes I just sat by the window and watched little boats move along the bay and it never really gets old. It is set up as five bedrooms and six full bathrooms plus an extra powder room which is nice when you have a few guests over. There is an open office so working from home actually feels comfortable and not forced. You can really settle in for a Zoom call or set down your laptop in the middle of the afternoon and just look out at the water for a while. The detached media room actually has its own full bath so it is perfect for movie nights or just a quiet place to take a break from people. It is the kind of space where you can do your own thing without feeling shut in. Plus I have to mention the sauna and private steam room which you will probably use more than you think once you get used to them. The rooftop terrace has this hot tub tucked into the edge and if you step out there at night you see just about all of Key Biscayne lit up below and you kind of forget everything else for a little while. Parking is never a worry here because you get four spaces and two of them are wired up for electric with a Level II charger so no stress if you have more than one car. This is one of only two penthouses in the whole Ocean Club that are set up with a double height living area so the main floor feels really open like a proper house and not just an apartment. The triplex layout is the result of three combined floor areas all designed to flow together so you do not get that chopped up feeling and the result is just easy living. I also loved the little details like the private elevator up to your floor and the lobby with the kind of quiet you hardly notice until you are inside watching the palms out the big windows. They also include the Club Tower II Hobby Room which not many know about and it has its own full bath. So if you ever want a workout space or even a spot to keep your paddleboards or bikes and some gear you have it right there. The Ocean Club itself has everything you would want for daily life. There are always people out walking in the morning and you start to recognize faces at the coffee shop. The community just feels safe and close even though you are only a quick drive from the heart of Miami. Kids ride bikes in the evenings and sometimes you catch the scent of barbeque drifting in from someone's terrace after five. It is hard to sum up what life is like up here and I always say the only way to get it is to see it in person. If you just want to come up and take a look or ask about the place I'm always around. Penthouse At 785 Crandon Blvd PH1 In Miami

Some places just have a feeling you cannot really explain. I remember the first time I walked into this penthouse in Hallandale Beach and it was one of those moments. You get those big intercoastal views and the ocean just pulling your eyes right out the windows. There is something about all that light and open sky. You stop thinking about your phone for a second. It is just peaceful in a way. This is a six bedroom penthouse and honestly it feels a bit more like its own private villa. There is plenty of space here. Every bedroom feels like a real bedroom, not just an extra space tacked onto the end. I walked through each and just noticed how quiet it was. You could have your own morning coffee out on any of the balconies. The walk in closets are actually big enough that you could keep your things well out of sight. Not just for show. Designer beds and a nice dark wood running through the furniture, mixed with clean marble. It has that classy look that is not too serious. The kitchen is something special too. I could actually see myself wanting to cook here, not just heat takeout. High end appliances blend right in with the cabinets. If you care about food at all, this is the kind of place you might want to try a new recipe with friends. Imagine having a couple people sitting at the counter while something sizzles on the stove. The smells going right through to the living room, and those views through the floor to ceiling windows never get old. Most evenings you will just watch the light change over the water. Sometimes you can see birds riding the breeze out there. Every window has that open feeling. One thing you will notice is the sense of flow from room to room. Nothing feels closed off. It just feels easy, even if the place is huge. The living spaces are made for real life, not just showing off. You can picture family sitting down for a home cooked meal or just collapsing on the couch for a movie. All while the ocean basically becomes part of the backdrop. It is something you never really get used to in the best possible way. Outside is where you start to forget you are in a building at all. The pool is temperature controlled so it never feels too hot or cold. You might want to spend the whole afternoon stretched out on one of the custom made cabanas. Maybe you take a dip in between coffee breaks or a little swim when no one else is around. The coconut trees give the whole place a Mediterranean, vacation kind of feeling, which honestly helps you slow down even more. People always talk about location and here you are right in Hallandale Beach, Florida. That means you get the quiet of a real community, but Miami is not far if you need a night out. The coffee shops are close. Some mornings you can just wander out and grab a pastry without thinking. Sometimes I see families riding bikes along the coast or kids picking shells at the shoreline. It just feels lived in, not like a postcard. There is a certain honesty about a place like this. Daylight all over, space to breathe, and nothing to get in your way. Whether you are thinking family time or a space to escape the city, this penthouse really works. The only way to know if it feels right to you is to come see it in person. If you have questions or just want to walk through, let me know. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next move to feel easy. No pressure. Reach out any time.

Amazing Six-Bedroom Penthouse in Hallandale Beach

Some homes honestly just make you stop for a second when you step inside. This Trump Hollywood Duplex Penthouse in Florida has that effect right from the first moment you walk out of the private lift into the foyer. It is almost funny how you just slow down, looking out over the great room and noticing how the floor to ceiling windows pour in all that sunlight. The space feels open and genuinely relaxed. There is nothing fussy about it. You can just be yourself here and that feels pretty rare in a place of this size. The views from this penthouse are just something else. A lot of places in Florida talk about ocean views or city views but here you really get both. Every single room has the Atlantic Ocean shining in the morning and the city skyline glowing at night. Sometimes you look out and the clouds seem close enough to touch. Even in the kitchen you get these views and it really feels like a place where someone would want to cook. There is a built in espresso machine that pretty much calls your name when the light comes in. You lean on the smooth white island, maybe waiting on your coffee, and just watch the ocean for a bit. Small details pop up too, like the three tier chandelier that makes the kitchen that little bit more special and the white cabinets that make the whole place feel clean and peaceful. These are things you do not always spot in the first few minutes but trust me, they stick with you. Moving into the great room, you get this sense of space all around you. People might mention fancy chandeliers or the rich silver drapes but for me it is really about how the natural light just bounces off everything. There is genuine Lamborghini furniture here. You will notice your footsteps go quiet on these soft faux fur rugs. Then you move out onto the huge wraparound terrace and the sky just opens up. You can see the full Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and all the city life below. Some mornings you will want to watch the sun come up with a fresh coffee. Evenings kind of slow down here, with maybe a cold drink in hand and you just breathe in the salty breeze. Dining in this penthouse can be as formal or as relaxed as you want. There is a ten seat table under diamond chandeliers that reflect the glow from silver details on every side and these cool striped walls that catch your eye. Slide the doors open and you get an outdoor dining area that is just made for long summer dinners. The ocean breeze drifts in and sometimes you lose track of time sitting with friends. Honestly, a space like that just makes you stay a little longer than you expect. Upstairs feels set apart like a retreat. The private suite has its own second great room which surprised me a bit because it is fully designed with bold color, its own kitchenette, even a private terrace. Guests can really spread out. There is a summer kitchen out on the terrace along with comfy outdoor seating where you could easily spend the afternoon. The Jacuzzi is tucked right up to the glass facing the skyline and you end up looking out over Florida thinking you could actually forget your phone exists for a while. The bedrooms here are not stiff. All seven are restful and private with their own bathrooms. The king suite stands out thanks to those soft grey colors, velvet drapes and that oversized terrace. Waking up to the sound of the ocean without having to leave your bed just feels right. Honestly, you will not want to rush through your mornings here. All over this penthouse, it is the small touches of real comfort that grab you. The property is in Hollywood Florida, which means everything is close by. Getting coffee is easy and you see families on the waterfront or runners heading out every morning. It is easy to fall into a pattern of life that feels simple and good. The Trump Hollywood Duplex Penthouse is one of those rare homes that offers a true sense of belonging as well as the scale and presence you would expect in this price range. The only way to know if it feels right for you is to see it yourself. If you have questions or just want to talk it over, reach out anytime.
