Sometimes I walk into a house and there is this feeling you cannot quite explain. That is the sort of feeling I got at this seven bedroom villa sitting quietly at 8950 SW 62nd Ct right here in Pinecrest Miami. It is called The Oasis for a reason. You would honestly never guess it is so close to everything Miami has going on. I remember just standing outside for a minute listening to the breeze in the old oak trees. Some of these trees are over a hundred years old and the shade they throw makes the whole garden feel cool even in the afternoon. In Miami that is worth more than gold sometimes. It is one of those gardens where you could actually let your mind wander for hours. Birds flit in and out and the landscaping really settles into the neighborhood instead of standing out too much. Step inside and your eye goes straight out to that resort style pool. Infinity edge with soft blue lighting that takes over at night. There is a spa out by the pool as well and you will notice it all feels more like a luxury hotel than a regular house. The patios wrap around in places so you can always find a quiet spot even on a busy day. Friends seem to drift outside without trying. There are fire pit lounges in the shaded areas and honestly the way the lights play in the evenings makes you want to just sit there and talk a while. I have walked through this villa at different times of day and every time it just draws you back out into the garden. Inside is just as special though. You have more than ten thousand square feet that somehow never feels oversized. You get these spaces where people will naturally want to gather. The living room sort of links the garden and the rest of the house so you can hear people inside or outside without anyone needing to shout. Kitchens are a big deal here. Not one but two real chef spaces. Both are ready for you to cook seriously or just grab something on a late night. You can imagine a cook actually working here not just a pretty show. There is a specialty wine room built for a thousand bottles. Looks dramatic but mostly it stays cool and does the job right. If you have ever dreamt of a home theater the Dolby cinema room here actually works for weekly movie nights. Tried it with a few friends and it just felt right. When it comes to bedrooms you have seven proper suites. All of them get a bit of the garden view or a nice green outlook. The windows are set up so you never feel boxed in. The light just flows in through different angles depending on the room. Bathrooms have a calm design. Nothing showy just lots of space and some nice stonework. If you need to work from home there is an actual office that does not feel like an afterthought. Plus there is a wellness center. I spent some time there and to be honest you could lose track of an afternoon just relaxing. There is also a big game room for the evenings or for families with kids. Garages can fit several cars easily so you are never short on space and they are tucked away from the main entrance so the house maintains its quiet welcoming feel. Living in Pinecrest is its own kind of calm. You get the benefit of easy access to central Miami but it never feels rushed here. In the mornings you sometimes see neighbors jogging along the quiet streets or waiting at the little coffee shop nearby. Kids bike around in the afternoons and the whole area just feels a little bit easier. I always think you cannot really know a home from photos or words alone. This one is the kind you need to walk through slow just to take it all in. If you have questions or if you want to step inside and see if The Oasis feels right for you I am always here. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want to help you find a place that actually feels like home.

7 Bed Furnished Pinecrest Home For Sale At 8950 SW 62nd Ct

Some homes seem to make you stop in your tracks right at the entrance. This eight bedroom villa at 12900 SW 63rd Ave in Pinecrest, Miami is that kind of place. Honestly I'd seen pictures but it is different when you actually walk in and see light playing across those tall ceilings and all that glass just filling the space with sunshine. It is a big home even before you start moving around but it never really feels showy or cold. I found myself standing by one of the floor to ceiling windows just watching the garden outside for a few minutes and thinking how quiet it was for being in Florida. You'd expect a place like this to be dramatic and it is you cannot miss the architecture or the way the pool outside pretty much becomes part of the scenery inside. But what is interesting is how it does not feel precious. Every corner invites you to sit a little or just take it easy. The ceilings feel a little higher than you'd guess and the whole main floor has this open air Bali vibe which is not something you see every day in Miami. The kitchen is almost like a restaurant kitchen if you want it to be but it does not put you off from just making a family breakfast. Big stone island big gas range and actually enough space that you could be cooking with a few people around not bumping into each other. Sometimes people just use the kitchen for heating up takeout but I think this is the kind of kitchen where you end up actually cooking real meals together even if you just do pasta sometimes. The master suite is the spot that gets you if you like a bedroom to be total escape territory. I am a bit jealous of the closet space to be honest. I walked through and there is more room than you could ever need. The en suite bathroom does that thing where it feels like you are at a spa with all the beautiful stone and soft lighting but it still leaves enough space for everything practical. If you ever wanted to just start your mornings with a walk outside in the privacy of your garden well you are set here. There are multiple bedrooms that open up straight onto the grounds which would be great if you have family visiting or want everyone to feel like they have their own quiet spot. Downstairs is where it starts to feel like the kind of place you have friends over and do movie nights or sports games. There is a custom media room that feels more like being at an old school Hollywood screening. You have space for everyone and there is that slightly dramatic lighting that makes everything feel special without being over the top. The wine cellar is tucked right there so I am already thinking about what you could host here. You could have serious gatherings or just casual evenings with everyone grabbing a seat on the patio after dinner. It might sound silly but outdoor living is different when you have this much space in Miami. The pool has water features that give it a real resort style edge and the cabana makes hanging out in the sun just easy. Sometimes you catch a bit of breeze off the gardens and honestly I forgot I was in the city for a second. All of this comes with the kind of finishes you expect but do not always see matching up in person. Smart systems for lights sound and security but they do not intrude or look techy. You will probably notice little details like under lit stairs or the soft glow in the evening that makes the home relaxing even when you just want quiet. The landscaping out front is something you notice too not just grass but real mature trees and planting so it feels settled not stark. You will also spot people walking dogs in the mornings or kids biking around on weekends. There is a sense of calm and space that is rare in Miami proper. These eight bedrooms just give you so many options. Set up an office or two or have visitors anytime or just enjoy the space to spread out a bit. It is unfurnished so you get to make it yours from day one. Villas in Miami like this do not come along all that often especially with this plot size and feeling of privacy in Pinecrest. The best thing really is to see if you get the same feeling I did. I am happy to show you around or answer anything you are curious about. At LuxuryProperty dot com we try to make everything about buying a home feel welcoming and as comfortable as it should be. Come see if this villa fits what you are looking for.
