Some homes almost slow time down for you and this waterfront estate on Northlake Drive in Hollywood is definitely one of those. I got there just as the sun was coming up and it felt different even before I walked through the door. You just hear the quiet. There is more space than you expect around you, birds circling over the water and morning light spilling across one of the biggest private plots right along the lake. Over an acre, actually, but standing there it feels even bigger. When you go closer to the edge you'll notice how long the water runs along your garden. There is about four hundred and fifty feet of waterfront here, so if you love looking out on the water you're in for a treat. The seawall has all been redone so there is room for pretty much anything you want. The dock is something you do not see often. It is big enough for a yacht up to eighty feet and there is even a brand new yacht lift. You have a spot for your jet skis and a tender as well. Sometimes, you might just spend half the day by the water watching everyone come and go. Inside, there is this grand double staircase in the foyer. You kind of have to stop and look up for a second before deciding where to walk. The ceilings feel huge and you can tell the designers really thought about the way light comes through the arched windows and doors. It gives every corner this easy, airy feel. It does not try too hard but it does feel like something special. There is over thirteen thousand square feet of space under air conditioning which honestly means you will never run out of room even if you have a big family or plenty of guests. There are nine bedrooms spread out across the house. Seven walk in closets if you are the sort of person who likes everything neat and put away. The two main bedrooms also have extra seating rooms so it honestly just feels like your own little suite. I walked through both and you get the sense they could have been luxury hotel rooms. Closets too are more like little boutiques so you never really need to pack things away. Everything feels out in the open and comfortable. The living spaces run into each other in a relaxed way. You can be in the kitchen chatting while someone else is in the living room with the windows open toward the pool. There is a cinema room tucked away from all the main spaces so movie nights actually feel like an event and not just something you do while picking at dinner. Downstairs you catch a glimpse of the two separate winery rooms. You may even end up sharing a bottle with friends on the roof terrace which has these easy views over the water and the trees behind. It is the sort of place where you do not need to make plans because people just wander in and out of rooms. Most days you would want to be outside. The pool is big enough for a real swim and at the same time feels private because of the way landscaping hides the edges. If tennis is your thing there is a proper court, but honestly I saw a couple of kids just scooting around and having fun. Four car garage is tucked away behind a little sitting area which is nice because it just makes coming home easy. If you know Hollywood in Florida a bit you will know why this spot feels a bit more private. You are tucked into a private corner lot, not really overlooked by anyone. The neighborhood has that classic Florida vibe. Some days you see neighbors biking past in the evenings or heading out with their kayaks. Coffee shop is not far if you feel like getting out, but most days you probably just want to stay in. This house was renovated in 2020 so it feels fresh but still homely. Sometimes big houses can feel empty but not this one. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it in person. If you want to take a walk through or just have some questions reach out whenever works. At LuxuryProperty.com we are always here to help you see if this is the place you want to call home.

Some homes honestly just make you stop for a second when you step inside. This Trump Hollywood Duplex Penthouse in Florida has that effect right from the first moment you walk out of the private lift into the foyer. It is almost funny how you just slow down, looking out over the great room and noticing how the floor to ceiling windows pour in all that sunlight. The space feels open and genuinely relaxed. There is nothing fussy about it. You can just be yourself here and that feels pretty rare in a place of this size. The views from this penthouse are just something else. A lot of places in Florida talk about ocean views or city views but here you really get both. Every single room has the Atlantic Ocean shining in the morning and the city skyline glowing at night. Sometimes you look out and the clouds seem close enough to touch. Even in the kitchen you get these views and it really feels like a place where someone would want to cook. There is a built in espresso machine that pretty much calls your name when the light comes in. You lean on the smooth white island, maybe waiting on your coffee, and just watch the ocean for a bit. Small details pop up too, like the three tier chandelier that makes the kitchen that little bit more special and the white cabinets that make the whole place feel clean and peaceful. These are things you do not always spot in the first few minutes but trust me, they stick with you. Moving into the great room, you get this sense of space all around you. People might mention fancy chandeliers or the rich silver drapes but for me it is really about how the natural light just bounces off everything. There is genuine Lamborghini furniture here. You will notice your footsteps go quiet on these soft faux fur rugs. Then you move out onto the huge wraparound terrace and the sky just opens up. You can see the full Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, and all the city life below. Some mornings you will want to watch the sun come up with a fresh coffee. Evenings kind of slow down here, with maybe a cold drink in hand and you just breathe in the salty breeze. Dining in this penthouse can be as formal or as relaxed as you want. There is a ten seat table under diamond chandeliers that reflect the glow from silver details on every side and these cool striped walls that catch your eye. Slide the doors open and you get an outdoor dining area that is just made for long summer dinners. The ocean breeze drifts in and sometimes you lose track of time sitting with friends. Honestly, a space like that just makes you stay a little longer than you expect. Upstairs feels set apart like a retreat. The private suite has its own second great room which surprised me a bit because it is fully designed with bold color, its own kitchenette, even a private terrace. Guests can really spread out. There is a summer kitchen out on the terrace along with comfy outdoor seating where you could easily spend the afternoon. The Jacuzzi is tucked right up to the glass facing the skyline and you end up looking out over Florida thinking you could actually forget your phone exists for a while. The bedrooms here are not stiff. All seven are restful and private with their own bathrooms. The king suite stands out thanks to those soft grey colors, velvet drapes and that oversized terrace. Waking up to the sound of the ocean without having to leave your bed just feels right. Honestly, you will not want to rush through your mornings here. All over this penthouse, it is the small touches of real comfort that grab you. The property is in Hollywood Florida, which means everything is close by. Getting coffee is easy and you see families on the waterfront or runners heading out every morning. It is easy to fall into a pattern of life that feels simple and good. The Trump Hollywood Duplex Penthouse is one of those rare homes that offers a true sense of belonging as well as the scale and presence you would expect in this price range. The only way to know if it feels right for you is to see it yourself. If you have questions or just want to talk it over, reach out anytime.
