You will see families heading for dinner or people walking dogs at the end of the day. It has an established feel that comes only with time. Amenities wise it is all handled but not overwhelming. The pool area is private so it is never packed with people. If you want to work out there is a well set up gym downstairs and for joggers the streets nearby give plenty of space with lots of shade from mature trees. Lobby feels welcoming not stuffy and security is always attentive but friendly too. Look you can read about a home all day but sometimes you have to feel it for yourself.
