We are delighted to present Beach Mansion, a stunning contemporary residential tower in Emaar Beachfront. This is the last project that will be available in the most prime part of the community, directly next to the main park.
Beach Mansion features a beautiful aesthetic that incorporates light colours and pristine finishes, along with full-height windows that bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Every element of the design has been carefully considered to create an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. You have a choice of one to four-bedroom apartments, and the tower features a larger concentration of three and four-bedroom units on the upper floors, making it a very ideal choice for families.
Residents of Beach Mansion have access to a fantastic wealth of amenities, including an infinity pool deck, a well-equipped fitness centre, play areas for children, landscaped terraces and access to a ground-level retail plaza. A yacht marina, the region's largest cruise terminal, shopping malls and more are also located nearby.
Emaar Beachfront is a unique community in Dubai, offering a waterfront lifestyle that you cannot experience anywhere else in the city. It is an essential component of Dubai Harbour, a master development that contains a mix of residential and hospitality options, along with the largest cruise terminal in the region, an upcoming icon known as Dubai Lighthouse, and large stretches of private beach for residents.

A residential and leisure destination being developed by Emaar Properties, Emaar Beachfront will span roughly half the area of Dubai Harbour. It will be divided among luxury apartments, a five-star hotel and other attractions.
The city’s newest architectural landmark is a stunning 135-metre tall observation tower with a very futuristic design. Dubai Lighthouse will offer 360-degree panoramas of the city and the ocean, and can also be used as a giant projection screen for shows and events.
Dubai Harbour will be a waterfront destination like no other in the city. Its biggest draw is the presence of two cruise terminals that can each hold 6,000 passengers at a time, with an expected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The area will also be home to the largest marina in the MENA region, capable of docking yachts up to 85 metres long.
