LuxuryProperty.com is delighted to present Emaar Beachfront, a stunning new high-rise apartment development in the upcoming waterfront community of Dubai Harbour.
Located between Palm Jumeirah and Jumeirah Beach Residences, Dubai Harbour will be a 20 million sq ft mixed-use project with transport connectivity via land, air and sea. The new Emaar Beachfront project will be split between 7,000 luxury waterfront apartments in one to four-bedroom options, plus a five-star hotel. The apartments will feature Miami-style interiors with generous balcony space and unobstructed ocean views. Premium amenities will be housed in a six-level podium, and include fitness and wellness facilities, plentiful leisure options and gourmet restaurants. The development has direct beach access, with 1.5 km of beachfront.
Having developed several exceptional hospitality projects in Downtown Dubai, Emaar is set to deliver what might just be the finest beachfront residence Dubai has seen.

A residential and leisure destination being developed by Emaar Properties, Emaar Beachfront will span roughly half the area of Dubai Harbour. It will be divided among luxury apartments, a five-star hotel and other attractions.
The city’s newest architectural landmark is a stunning 135-metre tall observation tower with a very futuristic design. Dubai Lighthouse will offer 360-degree panoramas of the city and the ocean, and can also be used as a giant projection screen for shows and events.
Dubai Harbour will be a waterfront destination like no other in the city. Its biggest draw is the presence of two cruise terminals that can each hold 6,000 passengers at a time, with an expected annual load of 1.2 million passengers. The area will also be home to the largest marina in the MENA region, capable of docking yachts up to 85 metres long.
