The company operates through the registered entity Pure Bliss Development L.L.C and is currently building its direct residential track record in Dubai.

Rather than presenting Pure Bliss as a business with decades of completed property schemes, its history should be separated from that of its parent organisation. Lals Group brings an established commercial background in the UAE, while Pure Bliss is the dedicated entity responsible for its current residential development activity.

Lals Group is chaired by Lal Ganwani, with Jayant Ganwani serving as Vice Chairman. Their involvement in Bliss Tower has been visible throughout the scheme's construction, including the topping out milestone reached after the main building structure was completed.

Pure Bliss has entered Dubai real estate with a relatively focused strategy. Instead of launching several buildings simultaneously, its activity is centred on a single residential tower in Dubai Land Residence Complex. This gives the company a clearly defined first project against which its construction standards, delivery performance and future growth can ultimately be assessed.

The company has also chosen to work with GRID, a Dubai based development lifecycle management specialist. GRID manages key stages of Bliss Tower covering design coordination, construction oversight, marketing and sales execution. Pure Bliss remains the registered property developer and project owner, while GRID performs the specialist management role.

This distinction is important because Bliss Tower is sometimes associated closely with GRID in marketing material. It should not be counted as a GRID owned development. Dubai property records identify Pure Bliss Development L.L.C as the registered entity responsible for the scheme.

The company's current approach centres on furnished apartments, practical layouts and extensive communal spaces within an established residential district. It has not entered the branded residence sector and there is no hotel, fashion or international hospitality licence attached to its current project.

With no completed Pure Bliss residential buildings currently available for assessment, the company's position remains that of an emerging Dubai developer backed by a larger established business group. Bliss Tower will therefore provide the first meaningful benchmark for its future expansion.

Pure Bliss Development Projects in Dubai

Bliss Tower in Dubai Land Residence Complex is the first verified residential scheme developed by Pure Bliss Development. The project is registered in Wadi Al Safa 5 within Dubai Land Residence Complex and contains 131 homes.

The building offers one bedroom, two bedroom and larger two bedroom configurations, with furnished interiors influenced by Japanese and Scandinavian design principles. The emphasis is on clean contemporary spaces rather than elaborate decorative styling, supported by balconies and larger terraces on selected residences.

Shared facilities extend across wellness, recreation and social areas. These include fitness spaces, swimming facilities, yoga and meditation areas, children's spaces and landscaped communal zones. The concept places considerable emphasis on amenities that residents can use as part of everyday life rather than positioning the building purely around its apartments.

Construction began in 2024 and the project subsequently reached its structural topping out stage in late 2025. Current Dubai property records place construction progress at around 65 per cent, with registered completion scheduled for December 2026. It should therefore be described as under construction and off plan rather than completed.

Dubai Land Residence Complex is a significant part of the project's positioning. The district has seen substantial new residential construction as developers add apartments around an increasingly established network of shops, schools and road connections. Its location between major Dubai corridors also gives residents relatively direct access towards Downtown Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis and other employment districts.

Pure Bliss is not the master developer of Dubai Land Residence Complex. Its role is limited to Bliss Tower, with the wider district containing schemes from numerous independent property companies.

Bliss Tower also remains the only clearly verified active residential development currently registered under Pure Bliss Development. Until further projects are formally launched and registered, it would be inaccurate to present the company as having a large Dubai portfolio or multiple completed schemes.

That focused pipeline makes the delivery of Bliss Tower particularly important.
