Modern Classic-Style Home in Sag Harbor, 43 Suffolk Street

You can picture summer afternoons with kids splashing around or those quieter moments with a book by the water.

The wooden staircase leading upstairs feels sturdy under your feet with these handsomely finished rails. Up here is the real family zone with a fire still going if you want it. The master bedroom is huge but what really stands out is the changing light through those windows in the morning. Every bedroom upstairs is en suite so nobody's fighting for the shower. The main bathroom has this beautiful marble top and an actual soaking tub, plus a walk in shower. There's also a dressing room that honestly is so big you could get lost for a bit organizing things.

Now if you like to entertain or just want somewhere special for your collections head down to the basement. That whole floor is done up with a more modern style but keeps things comfortable. Sometimes you think you'd just invite people over to see that part alone.

This is a place that works for every season. Cold winters with the fire going just as easy as summers by the pool.
