Rooms with high ceilings and light coming in from every angle and big open places where families would gather for years, or even just friends for dinner that turns into music and talking by the windows at midnight. At the same time you find these tucked away nooks with comfortable chairs and quiet, like spots made for a good book or late night stories told just between a few people. It is about twenty thousand square feet overall but it does not feel cold or showy. It just feels possible. Some of the details really stand out more when you slow down and look. The floors have that solid Italian stone feel and when you put your hand on the wall you realise how long it must have taken to get every curve right. Honestly you get the sense the owner or the builder cared about each corner and how every space feels when you walk through it. The kitchen is big and the windows look out at the garden so it actually feels like a real place to cook or spend a quiet morning. Breakfast here feels like something special. Mornings are pretty relaxed when the light drifts across these floors. You'll also notice that every window looks onto something green. The backyard almost feels like its own park. More than four acres you could walk for ages and not see the same view twice. There is a pool, actually two, with its own pool house, and beyond that a little guesthouse that has two stories. There are twenty one bedrooms which still surprises somehow but then you walk to the quieter wings and they all feel private. You do not have to fill every room straight away. Maybe some stay as guest spaces or you leave one as a study or honestly just stay with what fits for now and grow into the rest over time. Something else to know. There is another lot just beside this one. It is part of the property and it is ready if someone dreams big and wants to expand or maybe tuck a different villa in later. Not often do you see that kind of future built in. It is hard to put every feeling into words. Sometimes a place just does most of the talking.
