Exclusive Penthouse in Hudson Yards | LuxuryProperty.com

Some homes just have a way of making you pause right as you arrive, and honestly, that's how it felt stepping into this four bedroom penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards in Manhattan. I found myself taking those few slow steps from the foyer into the great room and for a second, all I wanted to do was stand by the window and try to catch the whole city in one glance. The sunlight poured in and you get these panoramic views that really remind you why people love New York so much. You can see the Hudson River stretching out and, sometimes, if you wait long enough, the sunset looks like something from a painting. This penthouse sits up on the eighty sixth floor, just a couple flights from the top, so the feeling of being above the city is something you notice right away. The space is big, bigger than most I have seen—three thousand three hundred forty three square feet. Yet it just feels easy to move around. The great room pulls you in with its formal dining area and a kitchen you actually want to use. None of this show kitchen business where you are afraid to touch anything. The breakfast spot is set off to the side, where it is bright with a little window view. I can really see early mornings spent here, just you and your coffee, looking out over the river as the day starts. The kitchen gives you those bold contrast tones, all dark stained oak and pale Italian marble. Everything feels solid, real—Miele appliances that look and act professional, storage tucked in neatly, and countertops ready for big weekend meals or a quick midnight snack. To get to the bedrooms, you follow a hallway that is just long enough to separate spaces but never makes you feel cut off. The master suite, though, lives right next to the main living area. That view gets even better here—sometimes you want to sit in bed with a book and the world just feels peaceful. Walk-in closets here are not just for show, either. I opened the doors and could imagine actually fitting all my clothes with space to spare. The bathrooms have underfloor heating, and I have to say, on a chilly morning in New York, stepping onto a warm floor feels like a small kind of luxury you end up missing everywhere else. For families, the other three bedrooms each have their own en suite, so everyone has that little bit of privacy. Even guests won't feel like they are sacrificing anything. It is the kind of space where you can have friends or even grown kids visiting and no one gets in anyone's way. Usually, with penthouses you get the view and the wow factor, but here, the whole building brings extra comfort. You get access to a pool way up on the fiftieth floor, and I spent some time there and you almost forget you are in the city until you look out at those city skyline views again. There's a club-style lounge, games rooms, and spots set up for working from home or just reading quietly. The spa and salon make those self-care days a bit easier, and if you have little ones, the playroom—called the Imagination Center—looked busy even on a weekday. The staff are around and genuinely helpful without ever feeling formal. And it is not just the building. Downstairs, the Hudson Yards community feels a bit like a city within a city. There are parks and gardens where you actually see people out with kids or walking their dogs. The shopping is just there, sometimes you only need five minutes, but if you want something special the Neiman Marcus is a real treat. Foodies will like the mix of restaurants and, honestly, some of the best food in Manhattan. There's the Vessel outside—a kind of sculptural meeting spot where people are always gathering and talking. If you are thinking about life in New York or want a real family space in Manhattan, this penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards just fits. The only real way to know if it feels right though is to come and see it for yourself. Reach out any time, even just for a coffee and a walk around. At LuxuryProperty.com, we want every move to feel comfortable and, hopefully, a little exciting too.

4 Bedroom Penthouse with Beautiful Finished Interiors in West Chelsea, Hudson Yards

Some homes just make you want to pause right at the entry and take a breath. That is what happened to me with this four bedroom penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards in Manhattan. There is this feeling, almost like stepping into a cloud above New York City, with soft light everywhere and the river stretching out in front of you. When you ride the elevator up to the near top of the building, you get a little sense of anticipation before the doors even open. Then the views pretty much steal the show. This penthouse covers over three thousand square feet, but honestly it just feels even bigger in real life. The great room surprised me with the way the windows wrap the whole space, pulling the city and the water right inside. Sometimes you look down and see the streets and the river moving slowly in the distance, and it is easy to lose track of time just watching. The kitchen is the sort of place you could see yourself actually cooking with friends or family. Not just a spot for show. The central island feels sturdy and big enough for real life stuff. Everything is fitted out with top Miele appliances, but the vibe is warm, not cold or flashy. The ink colored oak cabinets stand out and I had to run my hand along one just because the finish is so smooth. You get Italian marble and stone all around, which sounds fancy but it somehow feels understated. It mixes up that city edge with a softer touch. Bedrooms here are each an escape of their own. Three of them have their own bathrooms, so no awkward waits in the morning. The master suite is on its own end of the penthouse, and stepping in kind of feels like entering a private pad above the world. There are two walk in closets that could hold more than most peoples entire wardrobes. In the master bath, you get heated stone floors, soft lighting, and an oversized soaking tub set near the window so you can linger in the water and watch the sky change color at sunset. There is something about it that makes you want to just stay a bit longer. On chilly mornings the heated floors in all the bathrooms make it that much harder to rush out. Sometimes you almost forget your phone. The color design with dark wood and white marble gives everything a peaceful contrast. It is the sort of mood that works whether you are hosting friends for dinner or just heading home late and wanting quiet. Living at 15 Hudson Yards is really about being close to everything but never feeling crowded. You can see nearly all of New York from up here but outside on the street you have shops and restaurants by chefs like Thomas Keller and Jose Andres. Kids play below in tree shaded parks. Sometimes I spot people just strolling with coffee or shoppers carrying bags from new stores. There is a huge wellness floor if you ever feel like a swim or a workout and a spa if you need a bit of downtime. I loved standing by the big indoor pool window and just watching the city while the sun bounced off the building across the way. There are also places to work, hang out, and play games, so even if you have long days or kids or guests everything just fits. The Imagination Center is a bright spot for little ones, and the Vessel is sort of a sculpture and plaza where people gather. Sometimes you will see people walking their dogs or meeting for lunch nearby. The world is at your feet but honestly it just feels easy. The best way to know if this penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards is for you is really to see it. I can answer any questions and walk you through at your own pace. At LuxuryProperty.com, we hope the next place you call home feels just right. Reach out if you want a closer look or maybe just a chat about what living above Manhattan could be like.

15 Hudson Yards Penthouse with High End Interior Finishes In Manhattan

Some homes just have a certain feel before you even step all the way in. This three bedroom penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards in Manhattan starts that moment you hit the lift button. There is a quietness about the hallways up here that makes you slow down a bit. Then you walk in and, honestly, the view kind of stops you for a second. You can see the Hudson River wide and glittery and all that sky behind the city. Sometimes you catch little boats drifting or the clouds stacking up and you wish you had just a few more minutes to stare. This specific penthouse is on one of the highest levels, so you're up there with the birds almost. The inside space is over two thousand five hundred square feet, which felt bigger than I expected. Maybe it is just the way the windows go right around the great room. The living and dining space feels open and bright, but not too echoey. The kitchen is actually the kind of place you can imagine cooking a real meal. There are these Miele appliances that people who really love food will appreciate, but you do not have to be a chef to feel at home. The counters are cool to the touch and have this smoothness to them, and even the cabinets—ink stain oak, which you do not see a lot—make you want to reach out and run your hand across them. The finishing in this penthouse leans toward what they call the contrast palette, so you have darker woods set against pale stone and crisp marble. It is modern but not cold. Something you will notice too—every bathroom floor is heated. Not just for winter, but for any day you might want to step right from the bed into something warm. The master bedroom suite is laid out in a way that makes it easy to just keep everything organized. Two walk-in closets, so you never have to worry about space. And the master bath has this soaking tub that you will want to spend way too long in sometimes. There is also plenty of natural light in every bedroom, and when the sun hits the skyline in the evening you really do get that postcard feeling. The building has kind of everything you'd hope for in a new Manhattan penthouse. Down on the 50th floor, there is a spa and wellness area that honestly feels a little like your own private resort. Big pool, fitness center, spots for treatments and relaxation. And then one level up, you have these lounges where you can just read a book or watch a game with friends or even get some work done if you are not quite ready to go into the office. Kids have their own imaginative space too, and there are gardens and parks right outside so you do not feel boxed in by the city at all. And living at Hudson Yards, the neighborhood has its own thing going on. It is one of the new spots in New York with green parks and some of the best shopping and food you will find. You can pop down to Thomas Keller's place for a meal or head to the first Neiman Marcus in the city. Sometimes you see kids biking out on the plaza in the evening or go for a walk and stumble into an art installation like Vessel. The whole place just feels fresh and big, like there is always something happening but also room for quiet if that is what you need. I think one of my favorite things about this penthouse is that the luxury just feels easy. It is not over the top. You can imagine different styles of living here, from big family holiday dinners to quiet nights watching the city lights with just the sound of the river below. The only way to know if it feels right for you is to come see it. If you want to ask a few more questions or just wander through the space at your own pace, reach out. We do our best at LuxuryProperty.com to help every move feel like the right one—and hopefully a comfortable one too.

3 Bedroom Penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards Offering Panoramic View of Hudson River, Manhattan

Sometimes a home just feels right the moment you walk in and this three bedroom penthouse at 15 Hudson Yards in Manhattan honestly gives you that feeling straight away. Walking through the entrance you get this sense that someone really considered how life happens here not just how a space looks. It is up on a high floor and the city feels wide open in every direction. I stood by the window for a bit and just watched the river below you can see boats moving and honestly I forgot my phone was even in my hand. The light in here sneaks around all day and makes every room feel a little different depending on the hour. Morning in the kitchen is soft and bright perfect for coffee and a start to the day while the evening brings this warm shade across the whole living area that sort of begs for a slow dinner or a glass of wine with friends. This penthouse is set right at 15 Hudson Yards which has become a pretty special place in New York. There is something about being so close to the Hudson River and yet at the center of it all. You are near world class restaurants and honestly the High Line is always there for a stroll when you need to just clear your head. Hudson River Park is just outside you know so if you are someone who runs or bikes you will have no excuse not to get out there especially on those perfect autumn days. But even if you are staying in you are not really missing out. This building is pretty packed with things to do. If swimming laps is your thing you will love the big pool upstairs. I peeked in on a weekday and there were a couple of people doing their leisurely laps while someone outside was just watching the sunset flicker across the water. Not a bad plan. Afterward you could head to the spa or the fitness spaces right in the building so you never even really need to leave unless you feel like it. The layout here really works. There is a great room that wraps around a corner so you get these panoramic skyline views and no matter where you sit it feels spacious but not at all cold. The dining area is ready for a big dinner or just a casual pizza night and the kitchen is the kind of place you actually want to cook in not just put a coffee machine out. You will notice the cabinetry is just a little richer than you see in most places dark oak that stands out against pale marble countertops but never feels stuffy. The Miele appliances are all here ready for someone who knows their way around a recipe or just enjoys a midnight snack. Every bathroom in here is a bit of a retreat and the floors are heated so winter mornings are actually something to look forward to believe it or not. The master suite is honestly a little oasis with two big walk in closets and a soaking tub that just calls for a book and a long soak. If you want privacy you have it. But you also have enough space where everyone gets a slice of the view. Life here also spills out into the community in a way not every New York building manages. You have lounges to relax or meet friends and there is even a playroom for families that feels a bit like a secret clubhouse for kids. Sometimes you see people working in the co working spots or just taking meetings in lounge chairs by the window. When you feel like shopping or grabbing dinner out the best of Hudson Yards is just an elevator ride away. It is almost impossible not to bump into someone you know after a week or two. And when you want your own quiet moment there are always gardens or even just your own spot by the window to tuck into. The only way to really see if this penthouse feels like home is to come and walk through it yourself. If you have questions or just want to see what it is like to have the city right outside your window reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we want the next place you call home to feel as natural as possible.
