Staines-upon-Thames might not be the busiest part of London, but it has that comfortable pace—especially in the evenings, when you see people walking their dogs or heading down to the reservoir, sometimes with kids just riding bikes around after school. If you do commute into central London, that short walk to the train makes mornings and evenings easy. You also get all the essentials close by, so there&#039;s no long trips for groceries or takeaway when you don&#039;t want to cook.
