Marble worktops feel cool under your hands and the cabinets look sharp but they are practical too, with real storage that works for big shops or even when you have everyone round for Sunday lunch. You can imagine people staying in the kitchen just to chat or watch the clouds through the windows. There is also a study tucked away off the main hall which is perfect for working from home or just hiding away with a good book. I stood by the window for a little while and watched rabbits dart across the lawn. The landscape feels well established, not just planted for show. Kids could safely wander or even play outside without going far. Some mornings, the only noise out here is birds, with just the faintest hint of activity from the roads beyond. Tadworth Surrey itself is easy to get to, and you are really close to all the local shops and eateries. It never feels like an effort to grab a coffee or top up the fridge and for families it is great to know Kingswood House is handy for local schools, like Chinthurst or Kingswood Primary. School run actually feels pretty manageable here. Plus, if you love a round of golf or even just a morning walk, Kingswood Golf and Country Club is right round the corner. Walton Heath is not far either and those courses look beautiful with a bit of morning mist.
