Some homes kind of press pause on life as soon as you walk in and that honestly happened to me here at Marea by Missoni in Costa del Sol. I did that thing where you stop right at the threshold and just breathe. Maybe it is the way the light pours in or maybe it is the quiet that settles around you even though you know Marbella is not far at all. Either way this three bedroom apartment just has that feeling like you have arrived somewhere you will not want to rush through. You might have heard about Finca Cortesin before and yes it is as exclusive as people say. But standing inside this first floor corner spot feels different than any brochure can show you. Plenty of places claim panoramic sea views but here it is real. When I stood close to the windows you notice the blue stretching out past Marbella all the way to Gibraltar and you kind of just want to stand and let it all happen around you. Some mornings I imagine watching the low golden sun over the water with coffee in hand and not rushing a single thing. Life slows down without even trying. The design really hits right away. Missoni's style is there in the details but it is not flashy. The whole place leans into warm natural materials that make it feel almost lived in right from the start. The lighting is soft. Nothing harsh. The walls are clean and simple. It actually feels like home and not a showroom. There is this big open living and dining space where you can picture big family meals if you want them or honestly just a quiet night with a pizza and a movie feels just as right. The kitchen feels made for real cooking not just looking pretty in photos. With all the best appliances tucked in but also set up so you do not need to hunt for space. More than a few times I have found myself daydreaming about pancake mornings here with the terrace doors thrown open and sea breeze coming inside. Speaking of the terrace it is almost too easy to spend hours out there. There is enough room for lounging out or setting up some quiet dinners with friends while the evening slips by. The terrace in the master suite opens up to those sea views too and once you wake up here you might never go back. Bedrooms all give you a real sense of privacy and peace with the master suite really feeling like a retreat within your retreat. Everything is en suite so there's plenty of space and comfort wherever you turn. And just so you know the rest of the Marea community is all about making things as easy as possible. You have proper security around the clock which adds a sense of calm. There is a concierge which honestly helps with those little day to day things you do not really want to deal with while living by the coast. Underground parking means you skip the sun baked car seat struggle. The garden is done so well I have seen folks just walking barefoot through the grass with their kids after dinner. Of course the infinity pool almost looks like it blends into the horizon. The gym is bright and filled with everything you would actually use not just a few treadmills. For families there is a tennis court tucked away and even a play area for the kids so you will see people out in the evenings sometimes just enjoying the air. There's even a spot to just go up and watch the coastline from above. It is peaceful. You get your own space. You can unwind or meet neighbors. Plus everyone seems to greet each other here. It is that kind of place. Costa del Sol has a way of making the days slow down and this spot is right in the middle of it all but still private. You can head to Marbella or pop out for fresh seafood or local coffee and everything you need is close but not on top of you. Beaches are right there as well and even just the drive in always makes you smile a little. You could read about this place for days but it feels totally different when you walk in and see the light for yourself. If you have a few questions or just feel like setting up a tour reach out to us any time. Really happy to help at LuxuryProperty.com. The next move always feels better when it feels like home.

3 Bedroom Apartment for Sale at Marea By Missoni, Costa Del Sol

Some places just quietly pull you in. This three bedroom apartment at The View Marbella really does that, though honestly it took me a minute to understand what makes it feel so inviting. When I arrived, the elevator doors opened and all I noticed for a little while was that slip of blue sea in the distance, mixed with the kind of sunlight you do not get everywhere. It washes the whole apartment in this golden warmth. Marbella has a slower, easy pace tucked into everyday life, and standing in this home you feel it right away. The space is modern but not sharp or overdone, just thoughtful, calm, and actually easy to relax in. From the moment you step in, you notice the layout has been planned with living in mind. No odd corners or cramped nooks. The spaces really flow into each other without missing a beat. The living room is wide and those big windows make the coastline of Marbella feel like part of your own walls. On a clear afternoon, the breeze from the balcony carries just a bit of salt from the sea and you might honestly forget everything else for a moment. It is the sort of living space where you see yourself sharing slow weekends with friends or just stretching out and not needing to fill the silence with anything. The kitchen surprised me, not because it is fancy but because it feels like someone thought about real routines. It is open just enough, so if you are making breakfast for everyone or just brewing coffee for one, it feels like you are still part of what is happening in the living room. Sunlight spills in every morning, making the surfaces glow a bit. The drawers are chunky, appliances solid, and actually those countertops look like they would be easy to wipe after kids have come through. You can look out at the sea while you crack eggs and for some reason that never gets old. People ask about bedrooms all the time and honestly these ones are set up the way I wish more apartments designed them. Each one is private, so you never get that feeling someone is right on top of you. The main bedroom gives you views that make waking up early worth it, even if you are not usually a morning person. You get deep wardrobes for proper storage, not just token space, and it stays quiet even when the world is going on outside. Sometimes in the evenings I noticed the sound of kids playing in the gardens below, or the distant clink of glasses from neighbors. It brings a sort of life and comfort that makes the apartment feel more like home. Bathrooms here are not trying to impress anyone, just clean spaces with good water pressure and a surprising amount of natural light. I noticed the tiles are the sort you would never get tired of, and nothing feels cluttered. This is what I would call a space made for daily life, not just for show. Amenities at The View Marbella are solid, and you actually get to use them without feeling crowded. There is a real indoor pool for the cooler days when the beach does not call, and the outdoor pool just begs for lazy afternoons. The gym is stocked well enough that you do not need a separate membership. Families will really like the children's play area and I noticed the concierge desk never seems flustered, happy to help with small things that just make life smoother. The gardens honestly are what you remember after a walk, curved benches in spots that manage to catch the very best moments at sunset with those native plants all around. The spot itself is a win. Marbella's coastline is close for those last minute swims or sandy evening walks. I have grabbed coffee at one of the local cafes not far from here and always see people stopping to talk, or kids biking on the pathways while parents catch up with neighbors. Shops and everything you need are close enough that errands never feel like a big deal. This place is unfurnished you get complete freedom to create your own style and routine. It is also worth mentioning that the design leans toward sustainable thinking, and that tends to keep the space cooler in summer and utility costs down, which is always a plus. If you are looking for a contemporary Marbella apartment for sale with three bedrooms and open sea views, one where you can shape your own lifestyle, this one actually feels different. The best way to know for sure is to see it with your own eyes. If you want to drop by, talk about what it is like to live here, or hear a bit more about the area, just get in touch. At LuxuryProperty.com we just want your next move to feel like the right one.

Gorgeous Contemporary Apartment on the Spanish Coast

Sometimes a place just has a way of slowing you down right from the start. This two bedroom apartment at Marea by Missoni in Costa del Sol did that for me the first time I visited. There is something about the way the light comes in through those big windows. When you first walk in you might find yourself pausing, actually taking a breath, because it feels so peaceful. You look out across the golf course and the sky feels a little bigger than usual. You almost forget your phone is in your pocket. Set in the iconic Finca Cortesin community, this home sits on the first floor and has a bit of a corner to itself. That means more quiet, more privacy, and a way of just doing your own thing without feeling boxed in. The views are really one of the highlights. Even if you are not a golfer, waking up and having that wide sweep of green right outside your window is a rare thing in Costa del Sol. Sometimes you see the early morning sun lighting up the trees and everything just looks fresh. The building is part of Marea by Missoni which is honestly as stylish as it sounds. If you like that Contemporary Mediterranean look, you'll notice it right away. There's a lot of space inside. A proper living room that actually feels like somewhere you'd want to put your feet up in the evenings. A kitchen that does not feel just for show, which is important if you like to cook or even just linger over coffee in the mornings. The finishes are modern but soft, no hard edges or cold stone. The designers used natural materials wherever they could. Even the light at night feels warm. It is not just about the visuals, though. The overall feeling is calming. It does not shout for your attention. It just settles you, and you end up loving the simplicity. The bedrooms have their own little touches. The main one gets the best of the morning light so you might find yourself becoming more of a morning person here. There's plenty of storage for clothes and little things you gather over the years. The bathrooms manage to be practical without being boring. Just clean and honest with quality you can tell will last. When you step out onto the terrace, you get that open air feeling and a connection with the outdoors that city apartments just cannot do. Some evenings you can hear birds out across the gardens and every now and then there is a soft breeze that seems to carry away the day's worries. This apartment is tucked inside a gated community so it feels secure. The security is always there if you need it but honestly, after a few days, you barely notice it because you just start to feel at home. There is a sense of privacy that is hard to put into words. You have your own entrance so you are not bumping into strangers in hallways all the time. If you do need amenities or a little action, everything is just a quick stroll away. There are tennis courts, an infinity pool that is perfect for a sunset dip, and even a proper gym if you like your routines. You will see people out walking in the gardens, kids playing after school in the afternoons, and sometimes neighbors greeting each other as the sun goes down. Parking is simple—underground, so the car never gets too hot, and it comes with a storage spot so you do not need to keep your bikes or golf clubs in your apartment. When you live in Costa del Sol, every bit of convenience like that feels noticeable. Little things just work, so you spend less time worrying about bits and bobs and more time enjoying where you are. It is hard to sum up this place in a few words. The best ones probably are calm, stylish, real, and connected. It is easy to imagine just living, not just staying. And the best thing is, everything Costa del Sol offers is not far. The coffee shop, a few quiet restaurants, a quick drive to the beach. Sometimes you see neighbors heading out with a picnic or just taking in the day. Honestly, as nice as the pictures look, you really have to visit to feel what I mean. If you have questions or want to stroll through together, let me know anytime. That is always the best way to see if a place might feel right for you. At LuxuryProperty.com, I will always do my best to make everything simple and comfortable, just the way it should be.

2 Bedroom Apartment for Sale at Marea By Missoni, Costa Del Sol

Some places you walk into and just feel settled in before you even put your keys down. That is exactly what happened to me with this two bedroom apartment at The View Marbella. Up here in the Golf Valley you are naturally drawn to look out over everything green and blue. There is just this sweep of coastline and perfectly tidy gardens, plus a little bit of that sun that seems to linger a bit longer. When I visited, I actually spent a good ten minutes just leaning on the balcony rail, nowhere to be, just kind of watching the world in slow motion below me. Truly, sometimes you almost forget you have your phone on you. Inside, what gets you first is how light fills the rooms through these huge floor to ceiling windows. I noticed you never really have to reach for a light switch in the day, and the air up here feels especially clean and open. The apartment is unfurnished, but it never feels echoey or cold. The designers did an impressive job making the place feel modern but honestly still welcoming. There is nothing that boxes you into a style, which is really nice. I can see someone bringing in their own art or plants and having it work just fine. If you like a space that feels equally good on a quiet Sunday morning or when you want to invite friends over, it just feels easy to imagine both. The kitchen is not one of those unused show kitchens. You actually get enough space here to prep a proper dinner, not just heat up takeaway and call it a day. I stood next to the hob and realized you have this great dining space right near the windows, so breakfast can be slow and sunny while you watch the light shift on the water. Both bedrooms end up feeling almost like their own little retreats since they are set apart on either end. If you have a guest or a roommate you both get plenty of privacy. Even the closets and bathrooms are honest about their sizing, nothing cramped or overdone, just practical yet with a little bit of that boutique hotel touch that makes your mornings a bit more comfortable. Stick around in the evening and you will see what I mean about the quiet. You get just enough distant garden sounds, the kind of thing that never disturbs you. Families often have a chat below, and now and then you spot kids taking a late bike ride along the little lanes. There is an ease about the shared gardens here too. They have stuck with mostly local plants, which is a smart touch, so you get this real sense of being part of Marbella rather than a generic resort. I found a couple of shaded benches near flowering trees where you could just open a book and lose an hour without realizing it. The amenities honestly make life easy without being flashy. There is both an indoor and an outdoor pool which is practical because Marbella weather does have its moments. If you like a gym, you will notice the equipment actually looks brand new, which does not always happen. Families get a play area that is safely tucked away, so no worries about cars. You might not notice it at first, but the concierge is worth mentioning too. Sorting out a delivery or lending a hand with any apartment issues, it really just gets handled smoothly. That kind of detail does not always show up in listings, but you feel it in everyday life. Being in Marbella, you are only a short ride away from the beaches that everyone falls in love with, plus all the little cafés and shops that sort of line the main streets. It is one of those communities where people actually do stop to say hello. In the evenings I saw neighbours out walking their dogs, sometimes catching a bit more of that sunset. It is local and a little tucked away, honestly just a lovely hillside spot. The real way to decide if this premium apartment at The View Marbella is right for you is to come by and feel it for yourself. If you want to ask something or picture yourself living here, even if it is just an afternoon stroll for now, just get in touch. At LuxuryProperty dot com we like to make things as comfortable as possible. Sometimes you just know when you are home.

Cosy Premium Residence with an Incredible View

Some places just have a way of slowing you down the right way. This two bedroom sea view apartment at Sa Puntassa Island in Mallorca is exactly one of those. The moment I walked in it was like things just felt a bit quieter. You honestly will catch yourself breathing a little deeper out here. There is something about this part of Mallorca's southwest coast that feels different. You get the scent of fresh lemon and a little olive grove in the air and on certain days you might even smell the salt coming from the water. I left my phone in my pocket for a while and just listened. Birds, some laughter from somewhere near the pool, the kind of peaceful sounds you do not even notice you are missing until you find them again. You are truly in one of Mallorca's prime coastal spots. Sa Puntassa Island is not far from Port d Andratx and you feel that blend of luxury and welcome straight away. The apartment sits within beautifully landscaped grounds full of old apricot trees and neat walkways. I stopped more than once on my way to the entrance just because you get peeks of the ocean and you can see the Tramuntana mountains off in the distance. The terrace is the real standout though. You look out over nothing but blue, just sea and sky meeting, and at the right time of day you get this gentle gold glow across the whole space. The terrace wraps round to your own bit of garden and it is private enough that you can sit out with a coffee in your pajamas listening to the birds and just not worry about anyone seeing you. Inside the apartment, everything just works. You get big windows that flood the space with that Mediterranean light all day. The living area feels open and easy, and you will notice there are no weird little corners or odd shapes. Some so called open plan apartments look good in a brochure but actually feel boxed in. Here, you just move through the rooms naturally. The kitchen is one you will actually want to use, with stone and marble finishes that just feel cool under your feet. Everything is solid and you will recognize the good brands on the taps and fittings when you see them in person. I liked that they have a smart lighting system too. It takes about two minutes to get the evening lighting just right for movie night or dinner at home without any fuss. Both bedrooms get their own proper bathrooms, which is another one of those things you do not always think about until you try living with less. The main bedroom feels especially nice in the morning because it opens right through glass doors to the terrace. You wake up and step straight out to fresh air and that little patch of green, and it just makes mornings feel softer. The second bedroom is not right next to the main one, so if you have guests or kids everyone gets a bit of their own space. Storage is easy here too, so you can put the suitcase away properly and not trip over shoes. Even the kitchen has another door onto the terrace, which means if dinner gets too warm you can step outside for a breath without missing a thing. The Sa Puntassa Island community itself is worth talking about. There are a couple of pools tucked into the gardens, and on weekends you will almost always hear someone chatting by the water. Kids bike along the walkways in the evenings. There are grocery shops and coffee spots just down the road. On my last visit, I stopped at a local bakery and honestly just wanted to stay a bit longer. You never feel isolated here but there is a sense of peace that is hard to put into words. If you like the idea of making the space even more your own, there is a design studio onsite to help pick out finishes or colors that suit your style. That kind of personal touch is rare to find. Whether you are looking for a full time home on Mallorca's southwest coast or just somewhere special to escape for part of the year, this apartment really does a great job blending easygoing living with that unmistakable Mallorcan atmosphere. The only way to see if it fits you is to come by and have a walk through. See if the light feels right and if that view still gets you every morning. Reach out any time if you have a question or just want to chat about the area. At LuxuryProperty.com we want every move to feel as relaxed as this place does, from day one.

Modern 2 Bedroom Apartment in Sa Puntassa, Island, Spain

Some homes just stop you for a second when you walk in and I felt that here. This three bedroom apartment sitting right on Estepona Beach Frontline in Marbella really has a calm about it that you almost can't help but notice. The first thing that strikes you as you come through the door is just how much of the sea you see. It is right there in front of you and honestly I spent a few minutes just looking out at the water and listening to the subtle quiet you only get this close to the coast. The Marbella light plays through every window and sometimes it leaves the place softly gold at sunrise or brings in this orange pink haze as the sun sets behind Gibraltar. The whole atmosphere changes hour by hour but always manages to feel somehow peaceful. What really surprised me was the main living space. It is more open than most beachfront apartments I see on the Costa del Sol. There is a lounge that feels casual and generous plus doors straight out to the balcony. That spot is a quiet favorite of mine. Even if you just bring out some coffee and sit a bit it is hard not to relax. Estepona does that to you honestly. The sound of the Mediterranean is never far. You might forget your phone for a while and just watch the colors change over the water. If you are the type who likes to cook you will also notice the kitchen is actually set up for real meals. The design is open but it still gives you enough counter space to really spread out. Most days you will find great local ingredients just a walk away at Estepona's open markets. Picking up fresh bread in the morning is kind of addictive I have to warn you. You end up spending an extra ten minutes on breakfast and running just a little late but it almost does not matter. The bedrooms are spread out so you feel like you can get a bit of privacy if you need it. The main suite is one of those rooms you will remember. It looks straight out to the sea so the first thing you see every morning is blue stretching to the horizon. Some days if you leave the doors cracked open you get a faint ocean breeze and the sound of birds instead of an alarm clock. The second and third bedrooms both have their own good space. Whether you need a guest room or are working from home you will find these are quiet and away from the noise of the main living area. Honestly it feels well planned for day to day life. There is quality everywhere you look. The floors stay cool even in the height of summer which matters on the Marbella coast. You will actually feel the difference. I always look at bathrooms in apartments like this and this one in the main suite makes you want to slow down with a proper shower and maybe a cup of coffee before starting the day. There is smart home tech too. All the lights and AC controls are right where you want them but simple enough not to get in the way. The whole building is set up for relaxed living. Security here is very subtle. It is a gated community so you do feel safe but nothing feels heavy handed or hotel-like. On a couple of visits I saw residents chatting and people seemed to look out for each other. There are cameras and staff around the entrance but in a friendly way not obtrusive. For anyone wanting to travel or just not worry about the place while away it really gives some peace of mind. The location is something special. Estepona is not the same as busy Marbella center. Life slows down a bit here. You have all the Costa del Sol essentials right outside your door. Beach clubs, cafes for a morning coffee after a walk, tapas places for a lazy lunch. Evenings feel communal with families and kids cycling along the promenade. Sometimes you just look around and feel glad you picked this part of Marbella. Honestly there are only a handful of beachfront apartments like this in Estepona right now and I think you will feel it right away if you come see it. If you have questions or would like to wander through just let me know. There is never any pressure with us at LuxuryProperty.com. We are just here to help you see if this space feels like your next home.
