The moment I walked in it was like things just felt a bit quieter. You honestly will catch yourself breathing a little deeper out here. The living area feels open and easy, and you will notice there are no weird little corners or odd shapes. Some so called open plan apartments look good in a brochure but actually feel boxed in. Here, you just move through the rooms naturally. The kitchen is one you will actually want to use, with stone and marble finishes that just feel cool under your feet. Everything is solid and you will recognize the good brands on the taps and fittings when you see them in person. I liked that they have a smart lighting system too. It takes about two minutes to get the evening lighting just right for movie night or dinner at home without any fuss.

Both bedrooms get their own proper bathrooms, which is another one of those things you do not always think about until you try living with less. The main bedroom feels especially nice in the morning because it opens right through glass doors to the terrace. You wake up and step straight out to fresh air and that little patch of green, and it just makes mornings feel softer. The second bedroom is not right next to the main one, so if you have guests or kids everyone gets a bit of their own space. Storage is easy here too, so you can put the suitcase away properly and not trip over shoes. Even the kitchen has another door onto the terrace, which means if dinner gets too warm you can step outside for a breath without missing a thing.

The Sa Puntassa Island community itself is worth talking about. There are a couple of pools tucked into the gardens, and on weekends you will almost always hear someone chatting by the water. Kids bike along the walkways in the evenings. There are grocery shops and coffee spots just down the road. On my last visit, I stopped at a local bakery and honestly just wanted to stay a bit longer. You never feel isolated here but there is a sense of peace that is hard to put into words.
