It does. The apartment itself is a good size for a one bedroom. Not cramped but not too big that it feels empty. The open plan layout makes the kitchen and the living area flow together so you do not feel cut off when you are cooking. The kitchen is actually one you would use for real meals not just microwave dinners. The shops and restaurants are close but not noisy. Coffee is always just a short walk and there is no shortage of nice places to grab dinner on the weekend.&nbsp; Getting places is easy too. Going to Dubai Marina or even Palm Jumeirah feels quick and not a hassle. I have helped people who like to get to Downtown Dubai for meetings and they always say the commute is better than expected.
