Introducing Marina Vista at Emaar Beachfront
Summer in Dubai may be have come to an end but the spirit of the season is being kept alive by a vibrant new launch at Emaar Beachfront. Marina Vista, the latest of the residential towers to be announced on this private island community, has been conceptualized as an ode to beach lovers.
With its clean white lines and blue tinted glass, Marina Vista is a reflection of the ocean waves and one of the most contemporary looking buildings on the island. Homebuyers can choose from a selection of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, each of which carries with it the same impeccable Miami-inspired style. The interiors have pristine white finishes with warm beige tones that evoke sandy beaches. Rising above the southern tip of Emaar Beachfront, Marina Vista is positioned so that each apartment enjoys a direct visual link to the sea, further heightened by floor-to-ceiling windows framing all of the exterior walls. The glittering skyline of Dubai Marina stretches out beyond the waters, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxed evening in your living room or an intimate gathering with friends on your private terrace.
The residences of Marina Vista are complemented by an exceptional suite of amenities. Aside from a pool and fitness center, residents will find shops and restaurants along a retail plaza. The main attraction, and one where many a warm afternoon will likely be spent, is the beautiful private beach that surrounds the tower. All told, there is an expansive 1.5 km of private beachfront to enjoy, providing an all-encompassing view that wraps around to the gorgeous Palm Jumeirah on the other side of the island.
As the first residential tower to be located at the entryway to Emaar Beachfront, Marina Vista enjoys a very prime position. The district of Dubai Marina is located only a short drive (or yacht ride) away, and you could, in fact, take a leisurely stroll from one to the other courtesy of a bridge linking the two areas. A further drive will connect you with the main highway of Sheikh Zayed Road, thus allowing for a smooth ride into any other part of the city.
Life on the water has a very unique feel to it in Dubai. The city, which has a maritime heritage going back many decades, has built communities that are truly unique, from man-made marinas to the stunning Palm Jumeirah. Emaar Beachfront will be adding its own distinction to Dubai’s waterfront lifestyle as part of the 20 million sq ft Dubai Harbour project. In addition to 27 residential towers, luxury hotels and seaside leisure attractions, the island will be home to two cruise terminals, each of which has the capacity to hold 6,000 passengers at a time and is expected to have a flow of 1.2 million cruise travelers annually. Another key feature of the island is the Dubai Lighthouse, an observation tower standing 135 meters high and looking out over 360-degree views that capture the city’s skyline, its outlying islands and the mesmerizing Arabian Gulf.
Marina Vista is slated for completion in December 2021.
