Bali

Some homes just make you breathe a little slower as soon as you step inside. That is how it felt when I walked into this three bedroom beach townhouse at Secana Beach Town in Bali. Honestly, I found myself drifting over to the big window and just watching the tide roll in for a while. It gives you that kind of pause. You feel the beach straight away. Not just a view from one room but pretty much everywhere across all three floors. The layout is kind of clever in its own way. Downstairs the kitchen open out into the living and dining area. It actually feels like a place where you would want to cook or just hang out. I was standing by the counter and you could hear a bit of the ocean breeze if you opened the doors. The colors are kept natural so there is no hard clash between indoors and that greenish-blue outside. It is just kind of mellow and calm and you can easily imagine a morning coffee here or honestly just doing nothing at all and feeling fine about it. On the first floor you will find those two bedrooms and they are not squeezed together either. Each has its own bathroom right there so no one is running up and down the stairs for a shower. You get privacy if you have guests or it is just family. There are windows that bring in real daylight and it does not feel boxed in. Beds with soft white sheets, a bit of natural wood on the floors and every so often, you spot a seabird outside. Sometimes you even forget your phone is in your pocket. Now the top floor is where things slow down even more. That whole floor is the master suite. You get your own terrace up there and from what I have seen it probably gets the best sunset on the whole block. It is peaceful. There is enough space to turn it into your hangout spot for the evenings or even for a work call when you want something besides a wall behind you. No one is above you which kind of makes a difference. What sets Secana Beach Town apart is it does not try too hard to be flashy. The amenities just feel easy and part of the community. There is a modern gym that faces some greenery and even has actual equipment you would use, not just for show. The spa and sauna are on site, which means you do not have to go far for proper downtime. And honestly, having three places to eat within a little stroll means dinner is sorted even when you have zero energy to cook. I noticed a few spots where people plug in and work or read so there is a bit of that laid back yet productive feeling. Folks seem to move at a slow pace here. Evenings are quiet except for the occasional laughter drifting up from the rooftop pool. More than once I caught people just lounging with a view, chatting about the surf or what the weather might do tomorrow. Living at Secana Beach Town in Bali is a lifestyle and not just about the space. The townhouse comes with plenty of room outside and in, and the plot does not hem you in. Built up space is generous so you can decorate and move around without bumping into furniture all the time. Once you see the ocean every morning, it feels pretty impossible to settle for less. And the best thing is you do not have to make a big decision from your laptop. The only way to know if this place fits is to come see it with your own eyes. If you want to talk or walk through or just imagine yourself by the terrace for a bit, you can always reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com we want your next place to feel like it should. Relaxed, real and yours.
