How many cheques is rent usually paid in?
Most places in Dubai are paid in 1, 2, or 4 cheques, but some landlords will agree to 6-12 cheques if you negotiate. More cheques could mean the rent might be a bit higher, but it allows for easier cash-flow.
Can I terminate my tenancy contract early?
