What happens after I accept an offer with LuxuryProperty.com?
Once you accept an offer letter from LuxuryProperty.com , you will receive an email containing your login credentials for the E-Learning platform. The e-learning program covers everything from a brief introduction to the company and an overview of HR and the CRM to elements of our sales training.
What documents does HR need before my start date?
- Your passport copy - Front and back pages
Copy of your previous residence visa
(If your current visa is a tourist visa) the Entry stamp on your passport
Passport-size photo - white background (colored, high quality & recent; it should not be older than 6 months)
Attested highest educational certificate
Residence visa cancellation copy - If applicable
Front and back copy of your current EID
Copy of RERA certificate (if applicable)
Copy of previous RERA card (if applicable)
What should I expect on my first day at LuxuryProperty.com?
On your first day, you’ll be with our Agent Development and Performance Manager, also known as “The Professor”, who will give you an insight into the company, the team and your role. We’ll also assist you with setting up your login details, including your company Gmail account, CRM, SalesScreen, Property Monitor and Genie Map, if required.

HR supports new employees during onboarding by explaining key company policies and helping them settle into the business. This includes guidance with visa processing, RERA card requirements, and opening a bank account when needed.

New employees should be aware of the company’s policies on attendance, leave, benefits, workplace expectations, and internal guidelines. HR explains these during onboarding so employees understand what is expected and where to go for support.

HR helps with the practical things employees need after joining the company. This can include visa and Emirates ID matters, RERA cards, business cards, portal access, company assets, performance questions, and general HR support.
