The commission structure can go to 60% split after you have billed certain amount of commission. This is calculated on an annual basis.

Sales will have a minimum commission fee of 2% per transaction, this is negotiable up to 4% depending on the deal.

Rental deals are charged commission at 5% of the annual rent.

Developer specific commissions for off plan properties vary from 4% to 7% depending on the developer.

Yes, you will need a valid driving license which you will need converting to a UAE license. Please check the country you license was issued is eligible to conversion.

We have heavily trained, profession team of 50+ agents split between the secondary department, operations and our off plan team. 

The position is commission only with unlimited earning potential 

The commission is split  50/50 with the possibility to increase to 60%.

Wen advised to bring between 12-15k british pounds to be able to support yourself for minimum 6 months. this is to cover accomidation, car hire and every day living
