It is fitted out really well, and it actually feels like somewhere you'd want to cook for real, not just heat something up. You've got green walkways, landscaped parks, and whenever I visit I always notice how the boardwalk along the water is never empty. People really use it. Early morning joggers or sometimes families out for a walk before dinner. The city is pretty close but not so close that you hear it or feel it pressing in. You get all the convenience without the rush. Downtown Dubai is a quick drive away, but most days you will probably be happy to just stay home. This villa fits families, busy professionals, or honestly anyone who wants plenty of space and a bit of calm. There is a maid's room, and with the villa being vacant, you would not have to wait long to make it your own.
