I noticed as well the finishes are really solid and even little details like the way the cupboards open and close feel like they will last. Honestly you will also notice how inviting the dining space feels. You can either gather everyone together or just take a quiet breakfast on your own but it works for both. The whole building is like this really. I think that is just the way SOBHA does it. Luxury in Dubai Harbour sometimes gets a bit showy but here it just feels comfortable. Not all shine and glass for the sake of it. The infinity pool is something people talk about for a reason. You stand at the edge and it is just you sky water and the city all rolled out below. Plus gym facilities are set up for people who really use them not just for looks. You see neighbors taking care of the place in a way that suggests people stick around here. There are quiet corners in the lobby for reading and enough space if you just want to sit with your thoughts after a long day. Daily life is easy. Supermarket is nearby if you forget anything. Marina walkways are perfect for evening strolls. You might see kids biking along under the lights or catch a bit of breeze off the water just when you need it.
