The ensuite bedrooms all have their own personalities. Some have little sitting areas, some take in skyline views, and every family lounge just feels right for relaxed evenings or long talks. The layout just works for someone who wants to cook for a big group or just breakfast for one. The whole home works on smart automation, but it is subtle. You do not really notice it until you want something specific: lighting, music, maybe cooling things down a little.
