Community Overview
Bluewaters Island is a man-made island built off the coastline of Jumeirah Beach Residence, commonly known as JBR, offering a relaxed coastal lifestyle combined with exceptional urban amenities. There are luxury hotels, restaurants, beaches and residential buildings. The highlight of Bluewaters is Ain Dubai, the world’s largest observation wheel, which stands 210 m high and is a distinctive presence on the island. Another key attractions include Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, the second Caesars Palace property in the world after the famous Las Vegas hotel.
The island features two five-star hotels with direct beach access. Bluewaters also has around 200 beverage and retail and food outlets in the ground level of residential buildings and entertainment section of the island. AIN Dubai is the world's tallest and largest observation wheel, with a height of 250 m (820 ft) and was announced in February 2013. Hyundai Engineering & Construction and Starneth Engineering were appointed as the primary design and construction contractors, together with KCI, the engineers who designed and engineered the complete wheel structure including the installation engineering.
