Some places just make you pause as soon as you step in. Costa Mar 10 really does that. The first thing you notice is how the green of the gardens sort of blends with the blue of the Caribbean Sea out front. I actually stood out near the pool for a while and it just felt easy to leave your phone behind and just watch the sky for a bit. That kind of view is not something you get used to. This is a six bedroom mansion right in Casa de Campo in La Romana, and if I am being honest, it is one of the homes where you find a new corner every time you wander through. The house itself is really big, you get more than fifteen thousand square feet of space to sort of just live and spread out. Three of those bedrooms are master suites, and when you walk in you get these quiet pockets of privacy that make it feel even more home like. The other thing I noticed is the way all the main rooms kind of open up either to the gardens or the sea. The kitchen is not just for show, by the way. I saw the windows open to the garden, so you can imagine cooking breakfast with the sun starting to rise and the smell of sea air drifting in. People like to make kitchens feel fancy but here the space feels like somewhere you actually want to cook in. There is this massive reception hall when you come inside, where it is easy to picture family arriving or friends just greeting you at the end of a long week. The formal dining room stands out a bit, too, for nights when you want that proper sit down meal, but you also have these other little dining spaces tucked away, where you can have coffee in the mornings or just pick up a late night snack and sit in peace. There is a study here, too. It is quiet and faces the greenery out front, which I always like since it is easier to work with some nature right in sight. The outside invites you in almost as much as the inside. Part of what makes Costa Mar 10 different is that the line between indoors and outdoors kind of disappears. All you see is sky and trees and the ocean. You have two swimming pools, so you can pick your mood. Sun is always filtering through the leaves and if you want to take it one step further there is a rooftop terrace with its own plunge pool. Sometimes you look out from up there and see little boats or maybe just the colours of sunset stretching across the sea. There is a Jacuzzi tucked away if you want a quiet soak and the gardens really make you forget you are just a short walk from everything Casa de Campo offers. Speaking of which, you are in a spot that is honestly hard to beat for lifestyle. You are minutes away from Teeth of the Dog Golf Course which people come from around the world to play. For coffee or errands the local shops are close by and you can usually spot kids biking around as the day cools off. The air almost always feels fresh here. Even the smallest details have been finished to a level you do not see often in La Romana. This home is unfurnished which actually makes it easier to imagine your own life taking shape here. Maybe your art on the walls your own favorite books lined up in the study. So if you are looking for an ocean view villa in Casa de Campo with true Caribbean style and genuine peace Costa Mar 10 should be seen in person. Honestly the only way you will know if this is right for you is to come and see it. Any questions or if you would just like to walk through give me a shout any time. At LuxuryProperty.com we are here to make your next move feel comfortable and real.

Gorgeous Mansion in Casa de Campo

Some homes just have a certain calm about them when you walk in. This seven bedroom villa at Villa Caleton in Casa de Campo gives you that right away. I remember stepping inside and for a second I just looked out toward the trees and that sweep of blue water and sort of lost track of what I was supposed to do. Sometimes a place does that. It feels easy. Honestly you hear all this talk about “oceanfront living” but this spot really has it. You can see the waves moving across the Caribbean Sea pretty much anywhere you are in the house and there is always that warm breeze that flows through most days. You get a huge sense of space here that maybe you cannot find so often. Over nineteen thousand square feet inside and the land itself is almost sixty thousand square feet. That is a lot of room to just live. The first thing I noticed is the way the whole lower level opens up. The living area and the dining room kind of spill into each other so you will probably never feel boxed in. It actually feels social even before the people arrive. I can picture friends talking after a long dinner with the terrace doors just left open so you hear the birds and that gentle sound of the sea. And the best thing is you are not cut off from the outside at all. Every single bedroom has a view. I stood by one of those big windows up in the master suite and you really can see right over to Santa Catalina Island. Even on a cloudy day the whole space glows soft with the natural light. The kitchen here is not one of those just for show types either. I see a lot of big homes and sometimes you can tell nobody has ever boiled water in the place. With this kitchen it is different. There is so much workspace and everything feels set up to actually cook real meals. I know some kids in the area go biking with friends through the neighborhood after school. I could imagine them coming back in for pitchers of lime juice or something fresh because the space just works for that. You will also notice how all the finishes are modern but without that cold museum feeling. The designers kept it contemporary but honestly still warm. The textures feel right on your bare feet and the doors do not give off any echo when you close them. Even little things like the light switches where they put them actually make sense for once. Because it is Casa de Campo you get that blend of privacy and community that not everywhere in the Caribbean has. Some mornings all you hear is green parakeets outside and then in the afternoon maybe you feel like taking a long walk down the beach or heading to the marina area where you can grab a coffee. Everything is close but you never feel crowded. I noticed a couple reading on the lawn chairs out by the terrace when I was there and they said sometimes they just lose whole afternoons watching the boats move across the bay. I can really get that. Plus if you want to invite people over the house basically encourages big gatherings, with all these wide terraces and a garden that just blends right into the main living spaces. It never feels forced. This is honestly one of those homes that is hard to describe in just words or numbers. You need to sense how quiet it can get at sunset or the way the evening breeze just swings through the rooms with no effort. If you are looking for a real oceanfront villa in the Dominican Republic with modern style and actual comfort, I think this spot in La Romana, especially in Villa Caleton, is something worth seeing in person. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it yourself. If you have questions or just want to walk through for a bit, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your next move to feel as comfortable as possible.

Exquisite Contemporary Mansion at Casa de Campo

Sometimes when you walk into a place, you just sense that everything was meant to be the way it is. That happened to me here at Villa 2 in Isla Grande, Marina de Cap Cana. The driveway is quiet except for the soft sound of trees moving a little in the breeze. You cannot help but slow down as you head up to the entry. It feels very Caribbean from the start, but not in the postcard way you might expect. There is something easy and understated about it all. Once inside, you really see what this six bedroom villa is about. The living area feels open yet calm, almost as if the water and sky outside are somehow part of the room. I actually stood in front of those big windows and just watched the water for a while. You catch little boats moving in the marina, sometimes people out for a stroll on the walkways or the sun glinting off the surface. Honestly, you could probably lose an hour just enjoying that view without noticing where the time went. The kitchen here is spacious but not just for show. I could imagine everyone gathering around the island, maybe making coffee in the morning when things are quiet or dinner in the evenings after being outside all day. It does not feel fussy or formal, which I like. And if you enjoy hosting, the dining area connects right to the terrace, so that inside to outside flow is just really natural. The terrace itself is something people remember. There is a Jacuzzi as well, which makes it one of those spots where you end up sitting longer than you planned, even after the sun has dipped down a bit. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spread out in a way that feels private even with a bigger family or when friends come to stay. I noticed how the light shifts during the day, sometimes waking you up gently in the morning or casting a golden color before dinner. Some rooms look straight out to the Caribbean Sea and those moments can be hard to put in words. Sometimes you almost forget your phone exists and just open the window or sit with a book. All six bedrooms have that relaxed resort feeling, but with enough space that you really do settle in and feel at home. It is not stuffy though. You can kick off shoes without worrying. I should mention, the pool is just what you hope for in a place like this. Not just big, but laid out so you get both sun and a bit of shade from the palms around you. Every now and then you catch kids splashing or someone just floating with a cold drink. Plus, you have this private doorway to the marina. It means you are only a few steps from your boat if you have one, or sometimes you might wander out just to watch the fish. There is space here for solar panels on the roof, so if you are thinking about energy savings, it is ready for that modern touch without interfering with the view. What I also noticed about Isla Grande is how protected you feel. Yes, it is luxurious, but more than that it feels quietly safe. Mornings are peaceful, usually birds first thing, and by evening you see neighbors heading home from the marina or someone rolling by on a bike. Grocery runs are simple and the coffee shop is never far, but when you are home, it all just drops away and you feel a million miles off the busy track. If you want a place in La Romana that is truly connected to the water, with space for everyone and the comforts of the present day wrapped in Caribbean softness, this property is something special. The only way to know if it feels right is to come see it. If you have questions or just want to walk through, reach out any time. At LuxuryProperty.com, we try to make your next move feel as comfortable as possible.

Villa 2 en Isla Grande, Marina de Cap Cana

Some homes just set the scene for slowing down. This villa in Casa de Campo, La Romana, does exactly that. Walking in for the first time, the quiet is what really caught me off guard. You get this feeling that you're tucked away somewhere special. It's one of those places where you can almost hear the ocean breeze, even though the most amazing beaches are close by and not far at all. You'll find the international airport just down the road for those who are always balancing travel. Yet the fact is, you feel nothing but relaxed from the moment you step in. Honestly, this villa is really something different in terms of space. It's newly built, and you can see right away how much effort went into making every detail just right. There are six huge bedrooms. Each one is kind of its own world, decorated in a modern tropical style, but it is not overdone. It feels easy to walk in, put your bags down and stretch out. I noticed the linens and bedding all match up with the curtains and other little details. Someone spent a lot of time picking things so it all feels calm and balanced. If you like waking up to a view, every bedroom gives you a glimpse over the Dye Fore golf course, and the greenery there is a pretty amazing sight when the sunlight hits it. The main living room is the kind of space where people actually want to gather. What stands out is the double height ceiling. You get this airy feeling and the light just pours in during the day. I found myself walking around and kind of getting lost in thought for a moment just taking it all in. Marble finishes everywhere make it cool to the touch no matter how warm it is outside. Between that and the open layout, you get a Hamptons vibe. It never feels stuffy or old fashioned. Food seems like it would be a big part of life here. The main kitchen is really a chef's kitchen, not just for show. Granite counters, stainless appliances, it has everything you'd want if you actually enjoy cooking and not just eating out. And if you love having friends and family over, the dining room is completely set up for it. Seating for twenty two is not something you see every day, and the colors and glass details just make it feel bright and festive. There's even a second kitchen for staff if you ever need a little help or throw big parties during holidays. Sometimes these places feel too formal, but here you'd end up just sharing food with loved ones without thinking much about anything else. Next to the dining, there's a huge media room with a custom bar that looks right onto the pool area. I sat there for a bit and could see how great it would be to just sprawl out with some music on or maybe watch a game. The whole space seems made for family, not just for show, and on quiet evenings that is honestly what you'll remember. Stepping outside, the terrace and gazebo really light up at sunset. It's the kind of outdoor area where you could have a big barbecue with music playing or just read quietly while the breeze comes through the palms. I'm a fan of those sunken bars by the pool, and this one absolutely invites you to stay a little longer than you planned. The music system here is seriously next level, indoors and out, so your playlist will follow you everywhere. The backyard is wider than you'd expect, and the lawn is perfect for games with kids, or if you just want to lay in a hammock under the palms and watch the clouds drift by. Evenings are peaceful, but sometimes you'll catch a small family football match or just hear laughter from the pool. There are homes in Casa de Campo that try to impress. This one actually makes you feel at home straight away. The only way to see if it feels right is to come by and walk it for yourself. If you want to ask questions or talk through how it works for your family, just reach out. At LuxuryProperty.com, we just want your next move to feel comfortable from the first step.

Villa en Casa de Campo, La Romana

Some homes really do make you pause for a second when you walk in. I remember stepping through the entry of this five bedroom villa in El Valle, Casa de Campo and thinking, wow, it just feels like someone put a lot of thought into every space. Maybe it is the way you get that stretch of view right past Playa Minitas all the way to the Marina. Or maybe it is the golf course so close you can almost smell the grass every morning. Honestly, it could be all of those together. Starting out here, you just get privacy straight away. There is no feeling of being crowded or overlooked. When I walked out to the main terrace, I noticed how you barely hear anything but the breeze and a few birds early in the morning. You get sunlight pouring through these big windows and it just keeps everything bright, but not too hot. The villa was built in 2020 but when you move around, it actually feels brand new. Even though it is fully furnished, every piece seems to belong right where it is. The living and dining areas are all sort of stitched together but in a way that still feels cozy. I tried just sitting at the huge picture window for a bit, to watch the golfers in the late afternoon, and honestly, you end up losing track of time. Someone really paid attention to the flow between spaces. The kitchen is open and makes you imagine cooking real meals, not just heating up delivery. And the coolest thing is, you step right from the kitchen into the pool area and outdoor social spaces which is actually perfect if you have people over, or just want to wander outside with your coffee before anyone else wakes up. The five bedrooms all feel proper, not like afterthoughts. You get space to unpack, relax, even sit and read if you feel like it. Each one has its own bathroom and dressing room so there is never that awkward queue when everyone's getting ready in the evening. Out of those five, there are two that honestly feel like master suites which would make visiting family or guests feel extra welcome. There is one on each level too, so people who prefer not to climb stairs have an easy option. The bathrooms themselves are bigger than some apartments I've seen. One of the showers even caught the sunlight in the late morning and just kind of sparkled for a bit. Now, the pool. I stood out there at dusk and the light changed on the water in colors that almost did not look real. It is not just for show. It is actually big enough to swim laps or just float around. The terrace wraps right around it with loungers that you can see have actually been used for relaxing not just for looks. There is a covered area too, so you are never running inside when the sun gets strong or if a bit of rain starts up. To one side there is a custom bar area set up for entertaining. You can watch sports or just hang out in the evening with friends and it never feels stuffy. Sometimes in homes with this much space, you think about all the maintenance and chores but here, it just feels easy. They put in things like a built in vacuum system and everything is updated, so you do not really need to worry about fixing anything before moving in. It is all done already. Plus, the community has pretty much everything. If you are a fan of golf, you are in the right place. But even for a simple walk to the coffee shop or heading toward the Marina for dinner, it is all close by. Sometimes you see families biking by or hear the quiet sounds from the clubhouse on weekends and it feels like you are on holiday even when life is normal. The only way you will really know if it fits you is by walking through it yourself. If you have questions or just want a look inside, reach out any time. We try to make things as comfortable as possible here at LuxuryProperty com and there is never any rush. Sometimes, you just need to see how it feels in person.

Villa increible en Casa de Campo, La Romana.

Sometimes you just walk in and know a place fits the way you want to live. Stepping into this five bedroom villa at Marina de Casa de Campo in La Romana, I felt that right away. Everything kind of slows down here. You've got that gentle Caribbean breeze through the garden, the sunlight flickering off the pool, and, honestly, it is just quiet in the best way. If you love the sea even a little, you'll probably find yourself looking out at the marina and just thinking about heading out on a boat. The docks are so close that you might end up taking your coffee out there in the morning or watching yachts drift by in the late afternoon. You do not need to be a boat person to enjoy it, but it helps. So yes, water is everywhere you look. There is something about being right across from the port's main waterway. I stood by the French windows and just watched the marine life for a while. Sometimes the sailboats come gliding in as the sun drops and it just feels like you are living inside a postcard. It is a place where big moments like family reunions feel easy, but there is room for slow mornings too. I have seen families set out chairs on the lawn together and talk as kids play by the pool. There is this feeling that you are away from it all, without missing out on anything. The main living space is exactly where you want to be when you are with friends. These high ceilings make it feel bright and open even with a crowd—dinners here just last forever. The dining area is actually big enough for twenty four, but it never feels formal or stuffy. There is a built in feeling that memories get made at this table, whether for a quick lunch or a birthday dinner that ends at midnight. Kitchen feels like somewhere you could actually cook, not just heat something up. Some homes that get called “luxury” end up being so polished they do not invite you to use them. This is not like that. The kitchen is open to the main room, so people wander in and out, checking what's cooking, or stealing food straight from the counter. The best thing, maybe, is that every window frames a bit of those gardens or the water. There are palms all around and the gardeners actually keep it looking good without fuss. Sitting outside under the trees for lunch feels like its own kind of holiday. The master bedroom is its own escape, a quiet spot with French doors opening right out to the pool. If you like to wake up slow, or just enjoy a private coffee before anyone else is moving, it is hard not to love this room. Even the studio with its TV feels tucked away and private, a good spot if you work from home or just want a movie night without everyone else around. You will find five en suite bedrooms here, so nobody fights over showers or space to get ready. Having hosted people like Shakira and Marc Anthony, honestly, you get a sense this home can handle a crowd easily but also feels intimate for a couple or a small family. There are so many small corners for long talks or just reading in peace. Gazebo by the pool makes hosting easy, but sometimes it is just you and the sunset. Around the house, you do see locals and visitors enjoying the marina. The coffee shop is always within a stroll, and sometimes you hear laughter from families biking in the evenings. It is not just about the boats, though that's a big part. It is about the calm, the sense you have space for people and for quiet. And location really is everything here, with direct access to boating or fishing anytime you feel like it, plus the ease of single floor living which just makes things simple. You can read about it for ages, but really, you have to stand here and let it sink in. If you are curious or want to see if it feels right for you, just ask. We try to make every visit and every question at LuxuryProperty dot com comfortable and easy. There is no other way to find the right place for you than to come and see it for yourself.
