Reportage Real Estate

Reportage Properties is an Abu Dhabi headquartered real estate company founded in 2014. The business has grown from a UAE residential developer into the wider Reportage Group, with projects and operations extending across the Middle East, Africa, Europe and other international markets.

The company remains closely associated with the UAE, where its early growth began with residential property in Abu Dhabi before expanding into Dubai. Its first handed over project was Leonardo Residences in Masdar City in 2018, establishing an early delivery record that was followed by developments across Al Raha Beach, Al Reem Island, Al Maryah Island and other parts of the capital.

Reportage is chaired by Aref Al Khouri, while Andrea Nucera serves as CEO and Managing Director of Reportage Group. The current leadership team also includes Executive Director Simona Musso and International CEO Giovanni Nucera. Under this structure, the company has moved well beyond its original local footprint while retaining the UAE as its headquarters and core market.

One of the defining features of Reportage Properties is its focus on making new homes accessible across a broad part of the market. Its residential schemes generally combine contemporary architecture with practical layouts and extensive payment structures, while the company has increasingly moved from individual apartment buildings into larger townhouse and mixed residential communities.

That change can be seen clearly in Dubai. Earlier activity included projects such as Alexis Tower and Rukan, while later communities including Bianca, Reportage Village and Verdana introduced much larger collections of townhouses and apartments.

The company also keeps significant parts of the development process within its wider organisation, from land assessment and planning through design, construction and project management. Reportage states that its UAE business is entirely equity funded, giving the group direct control over its development cycle.

Its scale has expanded considerably. By August 2026, Reportage Group reported more than 116 projects and over 48,000 residential units across its global portfolio, with operations extending to more than 20 countries. Despite that international expansion, Abu Dhabi and Dubai remain central to the company's identity.

Reportage Properties Projects in the UAE

Reportage Properties projects in the UAE now cover apartments, townhouses, villas and larger integrated residential communities. Completed schemes provide an established delivery history, while a substantial off plan pipeline continues across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

In Dubai, Verdana has become one of the company's largest residential undertakings. Located in Dubai Investments Park, the community has expanded through multiple phases and combines apartments with townhouses. The continued rollout of Verdana illustrates Reportage's move towards larger neighbourhood style developments rather than isolated buildings.

Dubailand has become another important part of the Reportage Properties Dubai story. Rukan Lofts has been completed and delivered, while Bianca, Reportage Village and Taormina Village have extended the company's townhouse offering across the wider district. LuxuryProperty.com currently features homes in both Reportage Village and Bianca, providing a direct connection between the developer's new build activity and Dubai's property market.

R. Hills represents a further shift in positioning. Planned as Reportage's first signature line, the gated townhouse community in Dubailand is scheduled for completion in Q4 2028. Its introduction shows the company moving into a more premium residential segment alongside the accessible housing model for which it initially became known.

Abu Dhabi remains equally important. Completed projects such as Al Raha Lofts and The Gate sit alongside a continuing pipeline across established and emerging districts. New launches have also started to move the company into branded residences and higher value waterfront property.

BRABUS Island at Al Raha Beach is the clearest example. The waterfront development is being created with German automotive and design brand BRABUS and introduces apartments, penthouses and villas shaped around the brand's design identity. LuxuryProperty.com has a dedicated Brabus Towers project page, making it one of the strongest current examples of Reportage's move into branded real estate.

This direction sits alongside newer Abu Dhabi developments including SENSI and further residential activity across Reem Island and other parts of the capital. Reportage has also expanded its UAE footprint into Fujairah through Oceana.

Reportage Properties therefore occupies a broader position today than it did during its first years in Abu Dhabi. The company still develops homes aimed at a wide buyer base, but its current pipeline ranges from large townhouse communities in Dubai to branded waterfront residences in Abu Dhabi. That combination of completed housing, continuing off plan activity and international expansion now defines the wider Reportage Group.
