ONE Development is a UAE based real estate company focused on technology led residential communities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and selected international markets. The business entered the property market publicly in 2024, with its brand and first major residential project officially launched in Dubai in October of that year.

The company was founded by Ali Al Gebely, who serves as Founder and Chairman of ONE Holding. Amr Kandeel is Group Chief Executive Officer. ONE Development projects in the UAE currently span both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The main verified pipeline includes Laguna Residence, DO Dubai Islands, ONE Residence and JOUD Residence, while DO New Cairo represents its international activity.

Laguna Residence in City of Arabia was the company’s first major launch. The project introduced ONE Development to Dubai through a large residential scheme built around two towers and an elevated lagoon. The company positions technology and extensive shared spaces as central parts of the development rather than secondary amenities. Current market records place expected handover in Q4 2027.

The company’s second major Dubai direction is DO Dubai Islands. Launched in May 2025, the project brings ONE into Dubai’s growing waterfront market and introduces a stronger hospitality element to its residential strategy. The scheme includes AI enabled home features alongside concepts such as drone delivery infrastructure and future urban air mobility facilities.

JOUD Residence further strengthens that Al Reem Island presence. The project is officially presented by ONE as another AI integrated residential tower and is currently listed for Q2 2029 completion on Property Finder. Its launch suggests that Abu Dhabi is becoming a genuine second UAE base for the company rather than a one project expansion.
