IMAN Development

IMAN Developers is a Dubai based residential property company established in 2016. Operating through IMAN DEVELOPERS L.L.C, the business has grown from relatively compact apartment and villa schemes into larger mixed use and premium residential buildings across several established Dubai communities.

Chief Executive Officer Ismail Marfani leads the company. Its early activity was closely associated with the Oxford name, beginning with Oxford Villas in 2016. The scheme was handed over in 2017, followed by Oxford Residence in 2018 and Oxford Residence 2 in 2020. These early deliveries established the foundation for a much broader residential business.

IMAN has remained focused on Dubai rather than expanding across several emirates. Jumeirah Village Circle has become its most important location, supported by additional activity in Arjan, Dubai Hills Estate, Motor City and, more recently, Al Sufouh. The company is not a master developer. Its role is to create individual residential and mixed use buildings within larger established communities.

The residential approach has evolved noticeably. Earlier Oxford schemes concentrated on practical apartments and shared facilities, while more recent launches place greater emphasis on architecture, landscaping, wellness spaces, rooftop areas and substantial leisure decks. Smart home technology and biophilic design have also become recurring elements.

A particularly important period came between 2023 and 2024. Oxford Gardens, 10 Oxford and Gardens 2 introduced increasingly nature influenced interiors and communal spaces, while One Park Central, One Sky Park and One Park Square moved the company towards larger buildings and more ambitious architecture.

Its completed record includes Oxford Boulevard and Oxford 212, followed by more recent handovers such as Oxford Terraces 2, Oxford Gardens and The Grove. The Grove expanded IMAN into Dubai Hills Estate, showing that its identity was no longer tied only to JVC and the Oxford series.

IMAN Developers Projects in Dubai

Jumeirah Village Circle remains central to the company's active pipeline. One Park Central, One Sky Park and One Park Square represent a clear move towards larger, amenity led residential buildings. One Sky Park is particularly notable for its collaboration with Versace Ceramics, whose surfaces feature within residences and shared areas.

That relationship should not be confused with a conventional hospitality branded residence. IMAN remains the property developer, while Versace Ceramics provides the specialist design finishes. The same material partnership now appears within another of IMAN's newer luxury schemes.

The company's 2025 launches broadened its reach through 15 Cascade and Sierra in Motor City. Both are substantially larger mixed use residential schemes with strong wellness and leisure components. Their scale marks a significant step from the company's earlier boutique buildings and demonstrates a shift towards more prominent destination style residences.

In 2026, IMAN returned to JVC with Oxford Cove at Jumeirah Village Circle. The scheme offers studios together with one and two bedroom residences in District 11 and is scheduled for completion in 2029. It continues the Oxford identity while introducing a softer architectural style and extensive recreational spaces.

Another important 2026 addition is 113 Residences in Al Sufouh. The boutique scheme takes IMAN into one of Dubai's more established coastal districts and introduces one to three bedroom apartments alongside larger four bedroom duplex homes. Versace Ceramics surfaces, generous terraces and a lower density format give the building a different character from the company's larger JVC and Motor City projects.

The move into Al Sufouh is significant because it broadens both the geographic and luxury positioning of the brand. Rather than repeatedly following one apartment formula, IMAN is moving between accessible residential districts, established family communities and increasingly premium central locations.
