The residences of Marina Vista are complemented by an exceptional suite of amenities. Aside from a pool and fitness center, residents will find shops and restaurants along a retail plaza. The main attraction, and one where many a warm afternoon will likely be spent, is the beautiful private beach that surrounds the tower. All told, there is an expansive 1.5 km of private beachfront to enjoy, providing an all-encompassing view that wraps around to the gorgeous Palm Jumeirah on the other side of the island.
In addition to 27 residential towers, luxury hotels and seaside leisure attractions, the island will be home to two cruise terminals, each of which has the capacity to hold 6,000 passengers at a time and is expected to have a flow of 1.2 million cruise travelers annually. Another key feature of the island is the Dubai Lighthouse, an observation tower standing 135 meters high and looking out over 360-degree views that capture the city’s skyline, its outlying islands and the mesmerizing Arabian Gulf.
