Palm Jumeirah, one of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, is the world’s largest man-made island. It comprises a 2-kilometer-long trunk, a crown made up of 17 fronds, and a horseshoe-shaped crescent, giving it the form of a palm tree. Aquaventure Waterpark

One of Dubai’s most thrilling waterparks, Aquaventure is a must-visit attraction, especially during Dubai’s very pleasant winter months. Located in the Atlantis Hotel, Aquaventure is the perfect place to spend an entire day with friends and family. if you are looking for a pulse-pounding experience, you can head to The Leap of Faith where you will plummet through a slide surrounded by sharks and rays. The children can enjoy themselves in the Kids Area or you can head over to the Lazy River with your family, relaxing on a tube for over a mile without a care in the world. You can finish off your day while relaxing on the Aquaventure beach, indulging in peace and comfort while enjoying a stunning view of the entire Palm spread out before you.
Lost Chambers Aquarium

Located just next to the Aquaventure Waterpark is the Lost Chambers Aquarium. Inspired by the theme of the Lost City of Atlantis, the underwater tunnels and passageways of the aquarium serve as an immersive experience into a lost civilization of shipwrecks and ruins. Set across 10 different chambers, it is home to over 65,000 marine animals, including sharks, stingrays, seahorses, and jellyfish. If you are looking for a bit more of a thrill, you can even interact with and feed some of these underwater creatures. The Lost Chambers Aquarium promises a fantastic experience for the whole family.
Kayak Tour

If you are looking for a charming yet memorable way to spend a weekend on Palm Jumeirah, you can enjoy this two-and-a-half-hour kayak tour on the crystal clear waters of the Arabian Gulf courtesy of watersport operator SeaYou. The route starts near the Sofitel Hotel on the East Crescent, moving westward past the Atlantis to rest on a secluded beach from where you can enjoy panoramic views of Dubai Marina and its stunning skyline before heading back east to look over skyline views that encompass the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab. Each tour is conducted by a professional instructor, and you can either opt for a single kayak or a double kayak.
Paddleboard Lessons

In addition to kayaking, you can participate in some paddleboard lessons on the beaches of Palm Jumeirah. You can see the shimmering blue waters of the Arabian Gulf up close as you attempt to balance yourself on the board, and will also enjoy a breathtaking view of the shoreline. The lesson starts with a 15-minute talk on safety and basic precautions before you head out to the open water. Starting off at the shores of Sofitel The Palm, you will paddle around the palm fronds to the Atlantis and back.
Monorail Link

One of the most convenient ways to get to the Atlantis is through the Monorail Link that runs through Palm Jumeirah. However, the Monorail is more than just a method of transport and a way to bypass traffic. As you board the monorail, you will have the opportunity to view the Palm from different points. You can get off at Al Ittihad Park, a beautiful green area along the center of the Palm trunk that has a jogging trail and is surrounded by gourmet dining options, or you can continue as the Monorail crosses over the Palm or main road. One advantage of the monorail is that you can see the base of the Palm “trunk” and capture some memorable photos. Furthermore, you will be able to enjoy a stunning view of the Atlantis and the Palm shoreline, as well as the beaches of JBR and the beautiful Arabian Gulf.
