You get a friendly vibe but you still have privacy which is hard to balance in a big city. Facilities on site are what you would expect from Dubai Hills Estate. There is a good gym with decent equipment, multiple swimming pools that never seem too crowded, gardens that are actually looked after, and safe play areas for the kids. In the mornings you sometimes spot people heading out for coffee together. Everything feels a bit slower here in a nice way. You can go for a swim, walk or just hang out in the green spaces and it all feels pretty effortless.
