Underwater Hatha Yoga

‘Hatha’ Yoga is a common type of Yoga, which involves the use physical yoga postures to bring peace to the mind and the body. The term Hatha means “force” in Sanskrit which refers to ‘forcing results to happen’. In Hatha Yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises) and asanas (postures) are combined to reach the objective of enhancing the mental stamina of the practitioner. Many people use it today to combat stress-related issues. Also, as one of the six branches of Yoga, Hatha Yoga is covered in almost all styles of modern-day yoga.
