The Ultimate Luxury Beach House

1 October 2020 Written by Staff Writer

There are some homes that are made for luxury, with high-quality construction and stunning interior design. There are certain other homes, however, that simply embody the term. As soon as you walk in through the front door, you know you are somewhere truly special, a place that expects an inhabitant every bit as sophisticated and refined as itself.

Signature Villas on Palm Jumeirah

The L-shaped house stretches languidly on the beach, the sunlight gleaming off its white walls and tiled roofs. An arched entryway welcomes you into a very elegant marble-floored foyer that forms the lowest level of a triple-height cylindrical atrium. A glittering chandelier hangs down from the ceiling, casting its glow on each level of the home.

In another section of the house you will find a splendid wood-floored kitchen that has a wraparound marble countertop, pristine white cabinets and stainless steel appliances. But this is not just a space for the chefs in the family. Sitting right alongside the kitchen is a breakfast area and an informal lounge. They say that the kitchn is the heart of the home, and this one definitely proves to be so. However, the party doesn’t need to stay inside - sliding glass doors give you access to the backyard deck and garden. This would be the perfect spot for a leisurely weekends breakfast (or perhaps brunch would be more appropriate) as you look out over the rolling Arabian Sea.

After your repast, you might choose to head just beyond your back lawn to take a stroll along the private beachfront. A bit later in the day, you could walk around the corner to the wood-planked pool deck and lounge in the sun or enjoy a refreshing dip.

Heading back into the villa and upstairs, you will find all five bedrooms laid out. Warmth is the key word here. Wood flooring, wooden wall accents and off-white walls make you feel comfort even before you have laid down in bed. The bathrooms, with their wood and marble accents, create a rejuvenating spa-like atmosphere. And you have private balconies from which to gaze out over a panoramic view that encompasses the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai Marina skyline while enjoying a breath of fresh air, and perhaps a cup of coffee too. And if you want to spend some outdoor time with the family, then you can head to the large semi-circular balcony at the back (essentially a roof terrace), where coffee can be accompanied by a full meal. As it stands at present, the guest bedroom has been converted into a family room. It still retains a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, so it can easily be changed back if you prefer it that way.

To call this home exceptional or spectacular tells you how beautiful it is, but falls short of really selling you the experience that it has to offer. That is something you have to discover for yourself, and we are very glad to assist in that area. Please contact us to set up a private viewing, so you can explore every inch of this marvelous villa and find out firsthand exactly what makes it one of Dubai’s best luxury homes.
