The striking building was designed by renowned architect firm Foster & Partners who were “inspired by the fluidity and beauty” of Marasi waterfront and this is evidenced in the flowing, graceful curves of the building’s two towers which blend together seamlessly, whilst maintaining their separate forms and functions. In addition to the plethora of incredible amenities inside, including a rooftop infinity pool and residents-only sky garden, there are also 20 private berths outside with direct resident access.

The Residences

As you would expect from such a luxury brand, all of the residences will be generously sized and finished with the utmost care. The crowning jewel is undoubtedly the triplex penthouse, with 5 bedrooms set over 17,700 sq ft. Oak flooring is featured in all of the principal rooms and the bathrooms are finished in marble. The penthouse starts on the 30th floor, where you will find an immense double living room and an open show kitchen with branded Italian design and professional-grade appliances from Gaggenau and Sub Zero, leading to a large terrace with a private pool. The terrace wraps around the floor, making it accessible from the formal dining room and en-suite guest bedroom. A service kitchen connects to the main kitchen, and a maid’s room completes this level. A spiral staircase leads to the next floor, with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a study / home office. The showstopper of the penthouse is the upper floor, which houses the main master suite featuring his and hers dressing rooms and a master bath with Jacuzzi, plus a family room and a sizeable private terrace that enjoys panoramic views over the Dubai Canal and the skyline of Downtown Dubai.
