Kitchens in Dubai for the Budding Master Chef

22 March 2020 Written by Arpan

There is perhaps no better way to spend your time at home than by teaching yourself a new skill, or refining a skill you already have. Cooking is a great option, as it requires a great deal of concentration and attention to detail, with the end result being (hopefully) quite delicious. And when you’re working in a kitchen like the ones on our list, then preparing a meal is a true delight.
Kitchen in XXII Carat

1. XXII Carat

One of the most exclusive projects on the Palm Jumeirah comprising 22 villas, XXII Carat takes the concept of interior design very seriously. The villas have a beautiful Tuscan aesthetic with the choice of a Classic or Contemporary interior scheme. Whichever option you go for, the kitchen is absolutely gorgeous, featuring custom finishes and professional-grade French appliances.
Kitchen in One Palm

2. One Palm

This is another highly prestigious project located on Palm Jumeirah, with distinctive architecture and a choice of interiors from British design studio Elicyon or the Japanese Super Potato. Whether you opt for the sleek look of the former or the earthy tones of the latter, you’re looking at a stunning kitchen and entertainment space designed by kitchen specialists Gaggenau.

Kitchen in District One

3. District One

Located in the heart of Dubai and a short drive from the city’s key business centers, District One is an ultra high-end community that offers a beautiful selection of mansions, villas and apartments. The mansions give you the choice of a Modern Arabic, Contemporary or Mediterranean design option. The kitchen in all cases is open plan, flowing seamlessly into the living room and providing a space where you can showcase cooking as an art form.
Kitchen in The Dorchester Collection

4. The Dorchester Collection

When it comes to luxury kitchens, this might just be one of our favourites. It can be found in one of the penthouses at The Dorchester Collection, a hotel and residential project in Business Bay under the umbrella of the renowned British hospitality brand. One of the unique highlights of this very beautiful kitchen is the technology built into it. As an example, the tap is multifunctional, able to dispense boiling water, chilled water, regular filtered water (hot and cold), and sparkling water.

Kitchen in Victory Heights

5. Victory Heights

If you’re looking for a tranquil neighbourhood to call home, then Victory Heights is the place for you. Located alongside a championship golf course designed by Ernie Els, Victory Heights is the picture of quiet Mediterranean charm. The villas exemplify that with their architecture, contrasted by some stunningly modern and upgraded interiors, as you can see in this marvelous kitchen. What better place to enjoy a quiet breakfast with the family?

Kitchen in Hillside

6. Hillside

When it comes to golf communities, it doesn’t get any better than Jumeirah Golf Estates. Two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, lush greenery, peaceful lakes and lovely Mediterranean-style homes.

Kitchen in Wildflower JGE

7. Wildflower

If you prefer something with a more traditional look to it, then you can opt for JGE, filled with custom homes that have that lovely Italian flair. The kitchen gives you the best of both worlds with a sleek modern design contrasted by rich hardwood floors.

Kitchen in Serenia Residences

8. Serenia Residences

Heading back to Palm Jumeirah, Serenia is a residential complex with a very hotel-like feel and a limited selection of penthouses. Each penthouse gives you a stunning sense of design, which is evident in this lovely kitchen space. Open plan living at its finest, with high-end appliances and a vast entertainment space.

Kitchen in Garden Home

9. Garden Home

This beautiful villa is set on one of the Palm Jumeirah fronds and enjoys the most incredible sea views. It has been fully upgraded and as you can see from this kitchen design, there was a lot of thought and attention given to making it the perfect family space. Rest assured, this is no catalog photo, but very much the real thing.

Kitchen in Pearl Jumeirah

10. Pearl Jumeirah

If Palm Jumeirah is too much of a ‘known quantity’ for you, then you might want to consider the nearby island of Pearl Jumeirah. This villa has been fully custom built with some of the most incredible interior detailing. One look at this kitchen should give you an idea of what to expect. It’s slightly industrial, very contemporary and is a conversation piece in itself owing to its eye-catching aesthetic. It also has a sliding door with a sensor leading to a back kitchen for heavier (and messier) prep work.
