Sabina Karunanayake is the appointed Country Director for Sri Lanka at LuxuryProperty.com, leading the platform’s presence and expansion within Sri Lanka’s luxury real estate market.

Originally from the Czech Republic, Sabina has built her professional career between Europe and Sri Lanka, bringing a distinctive international perspective and connecting European and South Asian markets.

She is a real estate developer and co-founder and shareholder of Radisson Collection Resort Galle, an internationally branded resort and branded residence development on Sri Lanka’s southern coast.

Sabina has successfully managed a USD 22 million sales portfolio of branded residences at Radisson Collection Resort Galle, with experience spanning international property sales, investment relations, strategic marketing and real estate development.

Her focus is on premium and high-value property transactions, particularly working with international buyers and investors seeking opportunities in Sri Lanka, as well as Sri Lankan investors exploring international real estate markets.

Holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Sabina combines legal and commercial expertise with hands-on experience in real estate and international property markets.
