Poppy’s career has been shaped by people, professionalism, and the ability to make others feel looked after from the very first interaction. Her background is in finance, particularly wealth management, where she spent more than six years working with major firms in the UK, including HSBC and Rathbone Investment Management. That experience gave her a strong foundation in client service, organisation, and attention to detail, all within environments where trust, discretion, and high standards mattered every day.

In 2024, Poppy made the move to Dubai and took on a new chapter as cabin crew with Emirates. It was a role that further strengthened her calm and polished approach, while also sharpening her ability to work under pressure and deliver a high level of service to people from all walks of life. After a year and a half, she felt ready to return to the corporate world, bringing with her an even stronger sense of professionalism, adaptability, and confidence in dealing with people.

As a Front of House Executive, Poppy plays an important part in shaping the day to day experience of the office. She is often the first person clients and visitors meet, setting the tone with a warm welcome and a professional manner that immediately puts people at ease. From managing the front desk and handling calls to coordinating meeting rooms, supporting the team, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, she helps create an environment that feels both organised and inviting.
