Joining a renowned brand at the tender age of 15 as an office junior, with the company operating some 390 offices across the UK lead Mitch to become an expert in his field, crafting experiences in sales, leasing, negotiation and financing for property. Mitch spent 12 years with this company, eventually managing and overseeing an impressive 7 revenue producing offices within the West Midlands of the United Kingdom.

Mitch has an incredible focus and drive on training and betterment of not only the brokers on the front line, but also of any soft skills that are transferable across multiple parts of the organisation and sees this as the cornerstone of success with the simple mindset of harnessing the best in the industry.
