Now in his 20th year across the property market, spanning an impressive 12 years in the UK, and an invaluable 8 years in the Dubai market. Having first hand worked with multi million dollar property sales and transactions in Dubai spanning across the immersive District One, Pearl Jumeirah and Palm Jumeirah areas - coupled with building and diversifying portfolios brings a first hand experience of high net worth individuals.
Joining a renowned brand at the tender age of 15 as an office junior, with the company operating some 390 offices across the UK lead Mitch to become an expert in his field, crafting experiences in sales, leasing, negotiation and financing for property. Mitch spent 12 years with this company, eventually managing and overseeing an impressive 7 revenue producing offices within the West Midlands of the United Kingdom.
Mitch has an incredible focus and drive on training and betterment of not only the brokers on the front line, but also of any soft skills that are transferable across multiple parts of the organisation and sees this as the cornerstone of success with the simple mindset of harnessing the best in the industry.
When Mitch can be pulled away from his desk, his phone, or his laptop - can be found spending time with his newborn baby, Oakley, who we will look forward to welcoming as a phenomenal broker in the future. A gentleman thriving in previous semi professional Rugby environments across the UAE and UK , although now retired, has a deep affection for being well drilled and knowing what is required to be a team unit and the importance of every member of that team on the way to success.
