Kristina’s path into real estate has been shaped by competition, discipline, and a real love for working with people. Before entering the property world, she spent five years in the United States, where she completed her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management while competing in Division 1 tennis. That chapter of her life says a lot about who she is. It takes commitment, resilience, and a strong mindset to balance university with high level sport, and those same qualities still shape the way she works today.

After university, Kristina stayed in the world of sport management, taking on roles in tennis coaching, tennis programme development, growth, marketing, and logistics for a tennis academy. It gave her a well rounded professional background and taught her how to manage people, solve problems quickly, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She learned how to stay organised, think clearly under pressure, and adapt in fast moving environments, all of which now serve her well in real estate.

She later moved into property and has built almost two years of experience in Prime Central London, working across South Kensington and Knightsbridge. Spending time in such established and competitive markets gave her valuable exposure to high standards of service, strong client expectations, and the importance of building trust from the start. She is someone who enjoys meeting new people, forming genuine connections, and making clients feel comfortable and understood throughout the process.

Kristina would describe her strengths as being competitive, driven, hardworking, and personable. Her sporting background gave her a natural determination, but just as importantly, it taught her how to stay focused and keep going even when things get challenging. She also brings strong organisation and problem solving skills, along with the ability to perform well in busy, high pressure settings.

Originally from Bulgaria, Kristina is fluent in English and also speaks Bulgarian. While she is new to the Dubai real estate market, she brings with her international experience, a strong work ethic, and a people first approach that feels both professional and natural.

Outside of work, tennis is still a big part of her life. Although she no longer competes, she still loves to play whenever she can. She also enjoys staying active, working out, going to the beach for walks and sunsets, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with friends. Altogether, Kristina brings an energetic, thoughtful, and grounded approach to her work, shaped by sport, travel, and a genuine enjoyment of connecting with people.
