Kristina’s career has been shaped by discipline, determination, and a genuine enjoyment of working with people. Before moving into real estate, she spent five years in the United States, completing her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management while competing in Division 1 tennis. That experience taught her focus, resilience, and the value of staying committed under pressure.

Following university, Kristina remained in sport management, working across tennis coaching, programme development, marketing, and logistics. This gave her a strong foundation in organisation, communication, problem-solving, and adapting quickly in fast-paced environments.

Her area of expertise sits within one of Dubai’s lifestyle-led residential communities, aligning naturally with her people-first approach. Known for open spaces, family appeal, and a strong neighbourhood feel, this setting allows Kristina to help clients look beyond the property itself and understand how a home can fit their everyday life and long-term plans.

Competitive, hardworking, personable, and driven, Kristina brings a calm and focused approach to her work. Originally from Bulgaria, she is fluent in English and also speaks Bulgarian. While she is new to the Dubai market, she brings international experience, strong energy, and a people-first mindset.
