She earned her Biomedical Science degree in 2024 before deciding to pursue medicine but she discovered her interests went beyond scientific fields. She worked at Pandora after university where she handled paid search campaigns throughout Europe. The fast-paced environment taught her to deliver results under pressure while she learned effective communication skills and client goal understanding. The ability to build relationships became her most enduring takeaway from her experience. Real estate became her obvious career choice because she combined her developing property investment knowledge with her relationship-building abilities.

Esha dedicates her free time to drawing and painting while she studies different cultures through language learning. She currently speaks English and Urdu and Spanish and Korean and Turkish and Chinese and she plans to learn ten languages in total. She believes language enables her to establish meaningful connections with others which she applies to real estate through her empathetic and curious and caring approach.
