Eduard’s journey has been shaped by hard work, discipline, and a real drive to keep improving. He started out in retail as a sales associate, learning early on how important people skills, consistency, and good service are in any client facing role. Alongside that, he came from a strong football background at a high level, which naturally led him into coaching, a role he stayed in for more than four years. That chapter of his life helped build the mindset he still carries today: focused, competitive, and always ready to put in the work.

After coaching, Eduard moved into sales and joined a recruitment agency as a 360 consultant, sourcing top talent for clients across the UK healthcare sector. Starting from scratch, he built his own desk from a cold start and gradually grew his billings through persistence, structure, and relationship building. It was the kind of experience that taught him how to stay patient, keep going through setbacks, and trust the process even when results take time.

What stands out most about Eduard is the way he connects with people. He genuinely enjoys speaking with others, building trust, and forming strong working relationships. He is disciplined in the way he approaches life and work, setting clear goals for himself and staying committed to them. He is also resilient, knowing that setbacks are part of growth as long as you keep moving forward.
