You hardly ever have to walk more than a few minutes to find good coffee. Malls are close by but not so close you feel stuck in traffic. Just downstairs, mornings start slow but by afternoon you see families out and sometimes those e scooters whizzing by. In the evenings, Downtown just glows. You might just want to grab a bite somewhere casual and come back up in time to watch the fountains from your balcony.
