Sustainability is one of the key factors in the design of Santani Residences, with a clever design that maximises the flow of cold air and light into the homes to save on energy costs. Approximately 90% of the wood used in the construction and design is recycled, waste water is recycled and the villas are built on stilts to avoid cutting into the hillside and affecting its natural design.
